From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and listens, and gives the best advice possible for treatment. Also my hygienist Sara is lovely and goes that extra little bit that counts. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. Well done guy's and thank you. 😁

I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere throughout the practice. Visiting Dr Katie Shooter for the first time was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge and professionalism was first class, with full explanations of everything being considered, with great use of visuals to support the conversation. I instantly felt at ease. The team were also very accommodating and supportive when it came to appointments and have helped work out a plan of care really quickly. I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. Not forgetting his team who also work to the same standards as Dr Moss. Thank you all.

Sophie and Chloe were efficient, kind and welcoming and helped my child feel at ease whilst having her retainer fitted. They explained everything carefully and invited us to ask questions. The receptionist welcomed my child by name and as a team they made the whole experience simple and clear.

I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

I have been with Ferndale House as my dentists for over 15 years and they have always been kind and explained everything that is happening. Leo and all his staff are wonderful, calm and patient. The one time I had an emergency they were so good at getting me in, seen and treated quickly. I would definitely recommend Ferndale, for both routine and cosmetic treatments.

We have been patients at Ferndale House since 2003. My Husband is a very nervous patient, but has always felt comfortable with all the staff. Last week he had to have a large back tooth extracted. This was done by Ghazala, who was amazing. He was totally reassured by her, and was (almost) able to relax. The extraction was straight forward, and he has had no bleeding/pain post surgery. Ghazala saw him the week before and spent a long time going through everything with him. On the day she reassured him all the time. I can heartily recommend Ferndale House, Leo and all his colleagues.

I've been Disabled from birth & have lived in Chesterfield nearly all of my 61 years. My walking has become more difficult of late & I had surgery on my spine last year. All I've ever known is that this world is designed by & for people who can get around under the power of their 2 legs. I'm finding that the signals to my muscles have all but stopped due to a narrowing of my Spinal Cord & my legs no longer work as they did (I usually use elbow CRUTCHES BTW). The dental practice I have used for the last few years is based in a building built before Building Regs included access for people with disabilities. Outside, is a tall step before you get to the door. There are two grab rails on the wall. I noticed that they have a ramp to help with access into the building, never realising that one day I'd need it. Today, I now need it. I need help! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ferndale House Dental Practice as by doing what they've done, it's saying: "Can we help?" They are very good at what they do and value their patients who are customers too. So if you are a business owner or are involved in running one, please don't forget that your customers choose to put their money your way for a reason. Removing the barriers to accessing your goods & services says that you value all customers, not just those that can walk without difficulty. I want to be part of this world too. I'm so glad that Ferndale House Dental Practice allows me to receive the excellent services they provide. They literally put a smile on my face! Well done to all concerned!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ferndale dental practice. From the moment you arrive all the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurses are always polite and welcoming and although I am not a nervous patient, I would imagine they are experts at putting the anxious person at ease. My dentist , Simon, is brilliant at discussing and explaining my treatment and is very respectful of my views as well. Also he is a thoroughly nice person which is always an added bonus. The environment is clean and inviting and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dentistry.

I can’t recommend Springmount Dental & Aesthetics highly enough. All of the team are so friendly and they go above and beyond to put you at ease if you’re feeling worried about any aspect of your dental treatment. I had my second hygiene appointment with them yesterday since joining their membership and Alicia and Georgie were brilliant, making me feel comfortable throughout and explaining my ongoing treatment clearly. Joining the membership is worth every penny — you won’t regret it.

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! My husband had a wonderful experience here. Service was top, equipment used was first rate and the the dentist was able to explain things no other dentist ever had. He normally hates going to the dentist so I’d say it was worth every penny - highly recommend!

I went to One80 Dental to have a root canal retreated that had become infected. This is a specialist treatment that not all dentists can do. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received from the moment I checked in right through to having the root canal retreated. Nick, the dentist was brilliant. The most friendly dental studio. Reception staff are always welcoming and staff remember your name and family members which adds to this - particularly Dee. Kathy has been my dentist since being a child and is fantastic. I briefly went to another dentist but came back here due to the level of service being much better! Hazel and Kathy make a great team and always make the experience as pleasant as possible. The plans they offer are good value and make the experience easier too.

Could not give them any less than 5 stars as the service they have provided me over the last 4 years has been incredible. The staff always go out of their way to make sure you are treated as one of their family and going above and beyond in most cases. Extremely professional and caring. Sometimes you have to wait a while to get through on the phone but the reason being that the receptionist is getting all relevant information from those callers in front of you (and putting into their system) in order to get your wishes sorted or direct you to the correct treatment - patience is all that is required . Well done all.

Excellent service every single time. I went to the dental hygienist today. I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia and always worry about this appointment in case it sets off an “episode”. Not once have they ever hurt me and have taken every step to make sure this doesn’t happen. I have all the confidence in them and am so thankful for their professionalism and support.
