I always feel cared for when I go to Thackery Dental by every single member of staff. No matter what the issue is (and sometimes it's parking not teeth) there is always someone there to help. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and calm. Everyone is willing to chat or listen. I'm extremely happy with my experience every time I am there.

I have honestly not been to the Dentist for many years. Had a bad experirnce. I visited Thackeray's dental today and I was so pleased I had to write a review immediately. Called because I got lost and Heather from reception was so helpful, even coming outside to give me directions. Dentist Mena, though he's younger, he is an example of what Dentists should be like - thorough, professional, knowledgeable but still compassionate. I must mention too the office was so clean and comfortable and no long waiting. If you need a Dentist with no frills and "troubles" this is the place for you..

Been with this practice for many years and the service is second to none, the staff are brilliant and friendly and cannot do enough for you. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new dental practice. It runs very smoothly.

Just wanted to mention Andy Gibson is a brilliant dentist, always takes time to explain everything, most recently was in for an extraction which was done with the utmost care and consideration. Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you to dental nurses Jo and Isla and Ruth for taking my x-ray and for all being so lovely and reassuring! Glendair is the best!

I went to One80 dental as a new patient.The receptionist was very polite and helpful before and after my appointment. I saw David Murphy who explained everything with great clarity whilst putting me at ease and I found him to be very professional. Very happy with my 1st appointment.

I came to see the periodontist, with some apprehension. He was v capable, but then he left and I was moved on to a wonderful woman who explained everything. She made a master plan, explained why, and seems to know what she is doing. She doesn't hurt!!!! It's not cheap, but feels worthwhile, and my teeth look great. Shout out to Lyndsey too, who always says Hello, has the patience of a saint and is kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have been a patient of David Murphy for approximately 25 years & travel a fair distance for my appointments with him; this in itself speaks volumes. He explains every procedure, answers any questions I may have & puts me completely at ease which is no mean feat. Everyone I have met at 180 Dental has been extremely pleasant & professional so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.

I went to One80 Dental to have a root canal retreated that had become infected. This is a specialist treatment that not all dentists can do. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received from the moment I checked in right through to having the root canal retreated. Nick, the dentist was brilliant. He was professional, efficient and explained the procedure to me in full as well as taking time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend One80 Dental.

Sophie and Chloe were efficient, kind and welcoming and helped my child feel at ease whilst having her retainer fitted. They explained everything carefully and invited us to ask questions. The receptionist welcomed my child by name and as a team they made the whole experience simple and clear.

Very happy with the service and care. I can always get appointments at times to suit me and have in the past had next day urgent appointments. Visited today for checkup and clean which Gill and Hazel carried out perfectly.

Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

Today I attended my final implant appointment for two teeth. The journey has taken a year but I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely over the moon I am with the final result. I have neglected my teeth for many years through not visiting dentist’s regularly and as a consequence I have had intensive treatment for 15 months. Sam and her associates for everything they are doing and giving me guidance in the care of my teeth, and Sinead for arranging everything. I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

The Practice is beautifully presented, as are the state of the art surgeries with all the latest up-to date equipment. We have been patients at Ferndale House since 2003. My Husband is a very nervous patient, but has always felt comfortable with all the staff. Last week he had to have a large back tooth extracted. This was done by Ghazala, who was amazing. He was totally reassured by her, and was (almost) able to relax. The extraction was straight forward, and he has had no bleeding/pain post surgery. Ghazala saw him the week before and spent a long time going through everything with him. On the day she reassured him all the time. I can heartily recommend Ferndale House, Leo and all his colleagues.

I've been Disabled from birth & have lived in Chesterfield nearly all of my 61 years. My walking has become more difficult of late & I had surgery on my spine last year. All I've ever known is that this world is designed by & for people who can get around under the power of their 2 legs. I'm finding that the signals to my muscles have all but stopped due to a narrowing of my Spinal Cord & my legs no longer work as they did (I usually use elbow CRUTCHES BTW). The dental practice I have used for the last few years is based in a building built before Building Regs included access for people with disabilities. Outside, is a tall step before you get to the door. There are two grab rails on the wall. I noticed that they have a ramp to help with access into the building, never realising that one day I'd need it. Today, I now need it. I need help! I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ferndale House Dental Practice as by doing what they've done, it's saying: "Can we help?" They are very good at what they do and value their patients who are customers too. So if you are a business owner or are involved in running one, please don't forget that your customers choose to put their money your way for a reason. Removing the barriers to accessing your goods & services says that you value all customers, not just those that can walk without difficulty. I want to be part of this world too. I'm so glad that Ferndale House Dental Practice allows me to receive the excellent services they provide. They literally put a smile on my face! Well done to all concerned!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ferndale dental practice. From the moment you arrive all the staff are friendly, courteous and very professional. The reception staff and dental nurses are always polite and welcoming and although I am not a nervous patient, I would imagine they are experts at putting the anxious person at ease. My dentist , Simon, is brilliant at discussing and explaining my treatment and is very respectful of my views as well. Also he is a thoroughly nice person which is always an added bonus. The environment is clean and inviting and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dentistry.

I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚

From the initial welcome 🤗 to the end of the visit it's lovely. All staff are friendly and welcoming, the reception and rooms are lovely and clean. My dentist Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is very kind and listens, and gives the best advice possible for treatment. Also my hygienist Sara is lovely and goes that extra little bit that counts. I couldn't recommend this practice enough. I needed a crown tightening on an insert urgently that I had done abroad and didn’t hesitate in calling Bridge Dental for a quote, I was happy with the the price and service, Dr Moss is an excellent dentist who works at the highest standards you could wish for and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was a nervous patient, but Megan was great at reassuring me and making me feel confident. Initially she came up with a plan of treatment, and talked me through each step and why it was needed. At each consultation she explained what she would be doing and how she would do each thing. I never felt anything other than a little discomfort, there was no pain. I am grateful for the care she took and feel thankful to be able to access such professional care. This is a truly exceptional practice, and I hope they will be around for many years so that I can continue to get such great care !

In the past I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists so I first went to Cavendish as they were welcoming nervous patients, throughout all my treatment everyone at the practice has been great. This last visit was for an appointment with Nicola who immediately puts me at ease and is friendly and informative. This time she was supported by Dave who is an absolute star and very efficient. Always a friendly greeting in reception when you arrive. Great service would highly recommend.

Amazing staff- considering I’ve had a phobia of anything dentistry since childhood ( I’m 61 now), the reception staff warm and Welcoming. David( aka Harry Potter) the best!!!!!!!!!!!! So charming and patient. Loves a chat too- wish he’d been around in the 60,s!!! The Dental Nurses so lovely too . We had such a laugh which is just the tonic when someone is a tad nervous!!!
