Chris was fantastic. I called because I had a rodent problem at a flat I owned and the tenant was extremely upset. Chris was able to get there the same day I called him, liaised with the tenant and kept working on the issue until he was able to make sure that all of the rodents were gone and couldn’t gain access again. He was very good at communicating what was going on and was extremely proactive in his approach. I couldn’t recommend more high.

Always good to support a local business. Chris arrived on the day of my call within a couple of hours. He was friendly, spoke knowledgeably about the problem (a wasp nest) and treated the issue promptly. Highly recommended.

Chris was able to come over and sort the issue the same day. He diagnosed the potential cause and advised a solution. He set the water based incecticide bombs and we left the rooms for a couple of hours. When we returned there was no residue or chemical smell, you couldn’t tell anything had been set off. The problem was eradicated, quickly and safely. Thanks Chris, great job Dude 👍

We've used Nick at Peak Pest Control a few times to deal with wasps in the house eaves and with rats in the chicken run. Very friendly and efficient service that has always dealt with the problem.

Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Gino returned today and installed gutter brushes and mesh. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. It’s great when you find someone so knowledgeable who gets great results and actually seems to care. Thanks again Gino

Excellent service from start to finish from MRA. We had a rat issue in our workshop and they came promptly (same day) to start the 3 visit treatment and we are now rat free and Mason provided great advice on how to prevent them coming back, he is a credit to this company. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Highly recommend, had a rat causing havoc in the kitchen, Mason arrived the same day of calling and located a redundant drain pipe under the kitchen floor subsequently letting rats in from the sewer. He fit a non return valve the same day to prevent any new rats coming in and set some bits up inside to deal with anything already in. Very professional and polite throughout the whole process, thank you!

The service we received from Pest Master was great from start to finish. Wayne was highly professional, reassuring and friendly. We had moved into the property and found that rats had been staying for quite some time. With Wayne's expert knowledge and patience we were able eradicate the rats and future protect our home. At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.

Andrew phoned and gave me his eta and arrived in good time. He got straight to work and explained what he was doing and that it would take seven days to clear however the following morning the wasps were gone and there has been up until now no sign of them returning. I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

I've been visiting Erika's Beauty for years now and have had a number of treatments including, gel nail manicures, the Brightening Facial with Joanna, lash lift with Erika and brow lamination with Aiko, Erika and Adelina. All the staff are professional, friendly and do an excellent job - they are perfectionists in their fields and I always leave the salon feeling fantastic! Biggest praise to Erika who I trust with my eyebrows - she always does an impeccable job with my brow lamination and I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
