Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.

2 weeks ago late at night, I saw a rat in my kitchen. Next morning, I rang the Pest Control company. The person who took my call explained the pricing policy and arranged for a techician to visit that same day. This was very important to me as I'm petrified of rats. Steve arrived on time. He was friendly and got to work straight away on assessing the area. He identifed one possible access point from the garden. Traps and bait were laid. I took the option to have Steve return 2 weeks later to check the situation. Pleased to see him and delighted no sightings of a rat(s) since his initial visit. The service is expensive, but if you need a responsive service and are able to pay, I recommend this company.

From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.

Well, what a fantastic service! From the initial phone call me in hysterics, to the rapid response knock on my front door (15 minutes!) Mark was amazing, very personable, reassuring and had a good sense of humour. He talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. His work was tidy and he respected my property, Thanks again!

Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. He came the same day after calling in the morning and was very knowledgeable and informed us of the process etc. Faultless service, we are so pleased to be able to open windows and sit in the garden again!

Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Highly recommend you give Derby Wasp Control a call. My wife and I try never to harm any creature great or small but we had wasps nesting above our bedroom window in the soffit. We hoped they would move on, but they just increased in number and we started to hear them getting inside, above the bedroom ceiling. Don't wait like we did. Chris arrived very quickly, explained clearly what he would do, and what I should expect afterward, providing safety instructions. He happily answered my questions, gave reassurance, and within a matter of hours the wasps were gone. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced, and charged a very reasonable price. Rang at 8pm...advised of the location of the wasp nest. Advised of price and ability to attend in the morning. 9am arrived promptly, explained process and cracked on. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. An excellent, professional service, that I would recommend and return to if needed.

Pete is so informative and has great response times. Most recently we needed to deal with two wasps nests in our flat roof before it could be replaced - Pete came out the same day to treat the nests, offered to come back FOC if further treatment was needed and we've had no issues since. I used Pride pest control to sort out an issue with ants inside my house. Pete came and explained in detail what methods he was going to use and showed me the product he was using. 5 days since, and they've disappeared. He said itl take time to work and even contacted me a few days after to see how things were. Very happy with the level of service. I Will definitely recommend and use again if needs be.

Pete came because we had a bees nest in bottom of a tree near our house, right near our entence. He got the job done although it wasn't a easy job. He's very efficient and friendly we would definitely recommend. Thanks Pete we can now have our bbq.

I originally noticed M. Gregory of Protecta Pest Control (Gregg) from the advert on a parked car's window. Impressed by his credentials and the way my initial enquiry was handled, I added him to my contact list in case I needed his services. Came the day when I did! Alarmed at the sight of the tail-end of a rat as it disappeared from view when I lifted the access panel in my verandah decking to check something, I realised I may have a problem. Time to call Greg! Today he made a thorough inspection of the 32ft x 9ft area enclosed by my raised verandah. It required him to crawl on all fours. He found no sign of any droppings or nest, nor anything that would attract vermin to stay, and concluded there was no problem needing treatment. I was relieved to know that the rat I saw was simply a member of the wildlife community passing by and popping in to have a look before moving on. And I was perfectly prepared and happy to pay for Gregg's time and skill - but he wouldn't accept any payment. I was amazed and grateful for his expertise, care and courtesy.
