NG Pest Control arrived to my residence on time, they were able to resolve the issue at hand in a matter of minutes and the job was done effectively, especially as this was something that I needed doing urgently! Contacted NG pest control (via their website) about a wasps nest. They were available the following day. Stephen arrived exactly on time, was brilliantly professional (even posed for the photo !) - dealt with the wasps nest (not easy as it was on the roof!). He was keen to let me know about the chemicals he'd used and any risks involved (minimal). The price quoted was exactly what was charged. Total professional. Thank you !

We phoned Kevon of NG Pest Control one evening after our dog was badly stung by wasps protecting a garden nest. Within minutes he returned the call and came round first thing the next morning. He quickly dealt with the nest and within a couple of hours hardly any wasps could be seen. It was a pleasure to meet him and I'm sure we will be using him again in the future.

Brilliant service from Darren, swiftly dealing with our rat problem in a few short visits. Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

The service from Topline Pest Control Ltd was brilliant. They provided a quote very quickly, then arranged and completed the work very promptly efficiently and professionally.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

I originally noticed M. Gregory of Protecta Pest Control (Gregg) from the advert on a parked car's window. Impressed by his credentials and the way my initial enquiry was handled, I added him to my contact list in case I needed his services. Came the day when I did! Alarmed at the sight of the tail-end of a rat as it disappeared from view when I lifted the access panel in my verandah decking to check something, I realised I may have a problem. Time to call Greg! Today he made a thorough inspection of the 32ft x 9ft area enclosed by my raised verandah. It required him to crawl on all fours. He found no sign of any droppings or nest, nor anything that would attract vermin to stay, and concluded there was no problem needing treatment. I was relieved to know that the rat I saw was simply a member of the wildlife community passing by and popping in to have a look before moving on. And I was perfectly prepared and happy to pay for Gregg's time and skill - but he wouldn't accept any payment. I was amazed and grateful for his expertise, care and courtesy.

Quickest service in the West! I've sent Steve an email regarding a wasp hive, and the next day he calls me to discuss it in more detail and within half an hour he was already at my door. Was at a loss with mice problems appearing all over house. Steve came within the hour for a first look and did a thorough check of the house and put plans in place straight away. Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Stu and his colleague have been absolutely fab! I spoke with Stu about a rat problem in my loft and he agreed to come out the next day. They examined areas where rats had been travelling and left poison where needed. Stu discussed the drain survey before doing this a few days later and was able to show me pictures and videos which identified the damage done by rats under my decking and evidence of how they were entering my property. They did a super job of fully sealing up the hole the rats had made and they provided with me further recommendations of how to repair other areas of damage so rats couldn’t find any further weak spots! They never rushed the job and allowed as much time as needed to do the job properly. They were determined to find the source of the problem and reassured me that they wouldn't give up and would sort it! 100% recommend.
