Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.

We thought we had a potential wasp nest on the garden. Giulio came within 15 mins of calling him, took a look, explained there was no nest but just honey bees feeding on the tree. He was very informative and patient, would recommend him.

Reported a wasp nest under the fascia of our bungalow & Andrew came straight over with a couple of hours. He explained the whole process from start to finish along with what to expect afterwards. He was polite, professional & courteous and very knowledgeable. I was really pleased to hear that the majority of the wasps won’t be harmed from the process. Just amazing… I could leave it at that to be fair. Never had any issues with rodents before, didn’t know what we were dealing with, spoke to Andy and within minutes he’d put our minds at rest, super informative, this was just over the phone and free advice. Booked him to come and help us and what a fantastic fella, super knowledgeable and a great guy too. Wouldn’t even bother calling anyone else, no need, he’ll sort it out with confidence.

Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Highly recommend spire pest control.. these are the guys you need to get rid of any unwanted pests. Nothing is too much trouble, always reliable and on time and 100% amazing at their job. Gino arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and identified our problem very swiftly. Remedial action was undertaken immediately and two follow up visits ensured that everything was secured. I cannot recommend this service too highly - excellent attention to detail, clear explanations and timely follow up visits. We will not hesitate to call Gino again if the need arises!

Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. 2 weeks ago late at night, I saw a rat in my kitchen. Next morning, I rang the Pest Control company. The person who took my call explained the pricing policy and arranged for a techician to visit that same day. This was very important to me as I'm petrified of rats. Steve arrived on time. He was friendly and got to work straight away on assessing the area. He identifed one possible access point from the garden. Traps and bait were laid. I took the option to have Steve return 2 weeks later to check the situation. Pleased to see him and delighted no sightings of a rat(s) since his initial visit. The service is expensive, but if you need a responsive service and are able to pay, I recommend this company.

From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.

At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help.
