Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.

Well, what a fantastic service! From the initial phone call me in hysterics, to the rapid response knock on my front door (15 minutes!) Mark was amazing, very personable, reassuring and had a good sense of humour. He talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. His work was tidy and he respected my property, Thanks again!

Excellent service from start to finish from MRA. We had a rat issue in our workshop and they came promptly (same day) to start the 3 visit treatment and we are now rat free and Mason provided great advice on how to prevent them coming back, he is a credit to this company. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I had two wasp nests so two visits, both from Mason. I found the company on the Internet and emailed them and had a very prompt reply from them, and Mason, who arranged an appointment immediately. On each occasion Mason arrived on time, he was polite and answered all my questions. He explained the process very clearly and definitely gave me confidence. When he'd finished the job he told me what to expect but said if I had any concerns to contact him and he would come back to check. Luckily I didn't need to call him back but knowing that put my mind at rest. A professional, prompt and thorough job well done, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. Just amazing… I could leave it at that to be fair. Never had any issues with rodents before, didn’t know what we were dealing with, spoke to Andy and within minutes he’d put our minds at rest, super informative, this was just over the phone and free advice. Booked him to come and help us and what a fantastic fella, super knowledgeable and a great guy too. Wouldn’t even bother calling anyone else, no need, he’ll sort it out with confidence.

Discovered a bees nest in the wall/loft this afternoon, phoned Ace Pest Control, 2 hours later the nest has been dealt with! Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Spire Pest Control are excellent. They arrived at the agreed time and quickly and efficiently dealt with the wasps nest. We thought we had a potential wasp nest on the garden. Giulio came within 15 mins of calling him, took a look, explained there was no nest but just honey bees feeding on the tree. He was very informative and patient, would recommend him.

Rang at 8pm...advised of the location of the wasp nest. Advised of price and ability to attend in the morning. 9am arrived promptly, explained process and cracked on. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. He came the same day after calling in the morning and was very knowledgeable and informed us of the process etc. Faultless service, we are so pleased to be able to open windows and sit in the garden again!

Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.

I’ve recently had to use Chris due to having mice in my kitchen cupboards and loft. If you ever find yourself in the same situation then I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.He visited my house four times in total,the first three times two weeks apart and then the last time left it a month just to make sure that the mice had gone.He’s reliable and reasonable and he’d be the first person I’d call if I ever have any more problems in the future.
