Used Jax's as a contractor for business and for our own home improvements. Quality work everytime from painting to joinery, Scott has build us a cabin bed, cladded walls, refelted roofs, hung doors and painted in our customers homes, we have never had any problems and I never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Contacted Jax Home improvements for a job i required doing at home , Scott gave me rough price over the phone after I'd explained what I needed doing , he said he'd be here the next morning after our conversation , he arrived at 08:30 , did what I needed doing then thoroughly cleaned up after himself , he's very polite & friendly & would highly recommend his services , the price he quoted me over the phone was the price I paid , thank you so much Jax Home Improvements , job well done , highly satisfied ☆☆☆☆☆

I was very pleased with the work Jonathan and his team did for me. Jonathan responded to my initial query quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. For the work itself they were slightly delayed but kept me informed. The team were a nice bunch of lads who worked hard all day. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

John and the team were excellent. We had a change in circumstances that meant changing the quote and work schedule which was all worked through and consulted over. The garden clearance and removal of ivy and weeds left the place looking like a whole new garden. The team went above and beyond, were honest what they could and couldn’t do and even gave some helpful advice on what to do next to maintain it. Definitely use these guys again.

John and his brother have worked miracles in our overgrown garden. He came to take a look as I saw him doing a brilliant job on a neighbours garden and asked if he could give us a quote.John suggested work that I hadn't considered but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. They have worked so hard over two days and have been so precise, they are perfectionists. When they had finished transforming our garden they cleared everything away leaving the garden really tidy. We booked Dee for our wedding chair covers and Light up love letters and so glad we did! She was so helpful when we were setting up the day before and the time it took her to do all the covers and bows I'm so glad that it wasn’t something we had to do ourselves and her prices were so reasonable it was definitely better than buying and doing ourselves! We also had the post box which was locked and then Dee emptied at the end of the night so it gave peace of mind that nobody could take the envelopes! Highly recommend and especially as an already stressed bride I’m glad I had Dee to take all this off my mind!

Can't recommend Chris and his company highly enough. From the first contact Chris was professional, super friendly and explained everything I needed to know. He even shuffled some jobs around to fit us in at short notice. They came when they said they'd come and sorted the problem wasp nests straight away. Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our new garden. The garden faces the road on a new build estate, and the garden was totally unsuitable for the situation. We asked Jim & Sophie for help, using their knowledge and expertise they came up with a great plan. We wanted low maintenance, no watering and a fence to stop dog fouling. They sourced a fence in keeping with the property, and plants that will tolerate the windy/sunny/clay conditions. The result is perfect and we have received many compliments from passers by. We would highly recommend Green Village Jim and Sophie. Thank you very much we are delighted, the transformation is stunning.

Green village gardening transformed our garden in 2022. We had a consultation about the style and practicality of the design and planting and material costs etc. Jim listened to what we wanted and gave us detailed plans. We left Jim to work with the house key and the dog so he could pop in and out to make a cuppa as we trust him 100%. Our garden still looks great the years on and is a little sanctuary to sit and have a glass of wine of wine in. My colleague saw pictures of my garden and had hers done too because we couldn’t recommend green village gardening services enough!

Such a hidden gem. This place is stunning. Attended here for a wedding and the vibes were immaculate. The events manager, staff, decor were all on point. I really enjoyed the wedding. The barn is so picturesque. Amazing scenes all around. The floor has under heat layer and it just feels so cozy. The reception/hall is so beautifully decorated. The kitchen has visible glass so you can see the fresh food being made. Would love to come back again.

Oh Grangefields! This place was everything and more! We had the absolute best day! When a venue says don’t worry we will take care of it, you think okay that’s good, but when Grangfields say it, it’s absolutely true! Nothing was too much the day ran so smoothly. Each and every staff member was amazing! They all looked like they loved working there! Nothing was too much for them! A special shout out to Victoria and Tim, you guys made our day so much more special! Thank you so much for being apart of it! All of our guests were raving about this venue they couldn’t believe the beauty! And how much space everyone had. The fact that all the rooms are separate was just perfect! Wow! What can a say, Grangefield’s it was a pleasure. I cannot fault the entire process at this venue. It’s taken me a while to get to this review and during this time I’ve had so many compliments regarding the wedding. From start the finish Grangefield’s were supportive in all our decisions. They were very easy to get in touch with, we visited the venue on multiple occasions and they went above and beyond. Now the man of the hour, Tim! This guy sold the venue to us from the very beginning. His enthusiasm for weddings was what set this venue apart from others. He was there on the day and made it run very smoothly. Nothing was too big of an ask. Thank you Tim! We were originally concerned as we could not try the food for our day due it being a wedding only venue. This means they cannot cook just a few things off the menu due to cost. However, the food was INCREDIBLE!!! That has to be the top compliment from guests. We were very full, which is saying something as half the family are Italian. Evening pizza was also amazing, we had lots left over and they boxed it all up for people to take home. The biggest thank you to all the Grangefields team for making our wedding the most unbelievable day. Our guests were hugely complimentary regards to the hospitality and how incredible the food was. At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.

The service we received from Pest Master was great from start to finish. Wayne was highly professional, reassuring and friendly. We had moved into the property and found that rats had been staying for quite some time. With Wayne's expert knowledge and patience we were able eradicate the rats and future protect our home. Having any rodent in your home can be quite upsetting and distressing I would highly recommend Pest Master for their help and support.

Rats. Weird things, but however much we appreciate their intelligence they're not good house guests. Chris really helped calm my partner with his relaxed authority and reassurance, and making us aware this is never a quick fix, which is vitally important. I'm certain the rats have moved on (or died) now but would have no hesitation in calling Musca at any time in the future.
