Excellent high quality clean from Smith & Co. Friendly, professional and organised during booking, we were fitted in at relatively short notice. Team of 3 was provided and worked a very long day to complete our job to an extremely high standard. We felt the charge was very good value for money and would not hesitate to book again. End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services in the Derby area.

I have been using Poppies for a number of years now for both home and office and we have always found them reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy. Always love arriving to find a lovely clean home (and they make a fuss of my dogs) and our office is always of a very high standard and they are in and out before we arrive. Would highly recommend for both office and home cleaning.

Following an illness my house was very much in need of a tidy and deep clean. 2 lovely ladies from Poppies came and spent a few hours bringing it up to standard, I thought the price charged was very reasonable. We then booked them in to come once a fortnight to do a general clean of the ground floor and do not regret it. Anna (and occasionally Karen) are pleasant and hard working. They are always on time and best of all are flexible so that they can accommodate my husband who works from home. Even though I am now slowly getting better this is the best decision we have made recently and I look forward to seeing them regularly.

We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

I had been having problems with overflow from some of my gutters which had deteriorated over time. The gutters were replaced and an additional downpipe installed. The job was professionally done and the replacement gutters matched the older guttering around the rest of the house. Ian showed a good work ethic throughout.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Lee arrived on time and even messaged 40 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. His work was fantastic. I had a burn mark in my lounge carpet and he used a piece of spare carpet to repair the area. I was astounded by the quality of his work, and found it very difficult to see where the repair had been done. He gave me advice about how to treat the carpet- when to vacuum etc and his work was clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We had the team from All Seasons Cleaning in yesterday to clean our ovens and sofas. What an amazing job they did - the ovens actually look brand new and the 10 year old sofas that have never been cleaned look fantastic. They even managed to pull in an area of carpet with marks and stains that we hadn’t actually booked in with them. A very thorough and professional service at very reasonable prices - would definitely recommend ☺️

Great service from the team Oct/Nov for carpets, oven and kitchen. Particularly difficult stain on tired carpet treated and the team came back and re-cleaned afterwards providing a good finish.
