We have used Dean for many years on house improvements. We have always been ‘over the moon’ with his superb workmanship, attention to detail, ideas on projects, sourcing materials, neat & timely manner & friendly nature Dean has done many projects for us including a whole new kitchen (which he project managed), new banister/rail using glass & wood, making radiator covers, numerous shelving, wardrobes, internal doors & made and fit a media wall unit, to name but a few! We never hesitate to contact Dean whenever we find another job! The cost of a project has always been within budget & good value for money We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean & his skills

We have used Dean on several occasions to build bespoke, built in wardrobes and cupboards. His workmanship has been second to none. He has always been very helpful at design stage and puts in a lot of preparation before the job starts. Dean has always been reliable, punctual and tidy when working in our home. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services.

Dean built two removable bathroom units around our existing sinks. They fitted perfectly and when we had some plumbing work carried out one slid out easily. They have feature doors and removable shelving. They are a ‘work of art’ and we couldn’t recommend Dean highly enough.

I used Dean for two projects around the house, and I have always been very pleased with his workmanship, attention to detail and ideas to make the project a success. Projects included a new boiler cupboard and shelving unit in the kitchen, and a new bespoke shelving units complete with sliding doors in the garage. Dean has been a pleasure to have around and I value his work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him & his skills!!

Dean has done an excellent job for us building a bespoke oak cupboard for our kitchen. He was polite, tidy and did everything in a good time and within the quoted budget. We couldn't recommend him more highly

My first visit to this salon today for a curly cut and colour with Elysia. What a gorgeous and incredibly friendly salon. Everyone was so lovely and clearly work together as an amazing team. Felt totally comfortable from start to finish. Elysia did an amazing job, advising on colour and gave lots of hair care tips, listening to my needs and taking care to achieve great results. So happy I picked this salon and look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

Staff were very professional, but also super friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was wonderful, I had my hair dyed here and paid a great price for it. My mother had recommended this salon to me over other places she'd been to, and I can see why! I'd also recommend this lovely place to anyone that's reading.

Excellent, reliable joiner. Can’t fault Steve’s work. I can’t praise his workmanship enough. Very clean and tidy. Steve fitted me a media wall alongside an electric fire. He also did a few extra jobs round my house that needed doing. Decent tradesmen are hard to find, Steve is number 1. I will be using Steve again for any other jobs I have in the future. We have worked with Steve on several projects on our home over recent years, and each time he has exceeded all of our expectations and more. He completed our kitchen renovation 2 years ago, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Most recently he has just completed a large renovation projected including; turning one space into 2 bedrooms, ensuite, hallway, and utility renovation. He project managed the job from start to finish and went above and beyond at every junction. Quite often working outside of typical working hours in order to complete the project on our strict time schedule. We cannot recommend Steve more highly, excellent craftsmanship and communication. We recently had some traditional sliding sash windows made by Tatlow for our house in a conservation area. We are so pleased with them, great quality and they look beautiful. Colin replaced a kitchen window for us. Needed to fit in with a world heritage site. Made of hardwood and pre finished. Whole replacement took about two and a half hours. The job looks totally awesome. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. To say we’re pleased is a massive understatement. Would highly recommend Colin and team. Five Stars easily earned

We have had multiple fire door manufactures over the years but I must say the quality of the doorsets provided by Michael Pepper Joinery Ltd is impressive. Not only that the support received from the office staff to meet timescales on our projects has been fantastic. I personally have worked in the Passive Fire Industry for 15-20 years and i would highly recommend getting in touch if you want top quality doorsets.

We at Mark 1 Fire have been using the services of Michael Pepper Joinery for the last 12 months. Since our 1st job with them we have had nothing but good service from them. Deliveries are always on time and the standard of door sets in which leave there factory is very high. The team regulary call to have feed back on each job and have a care in the works in which they are supplying. Would highly recommend to any new company requiring fire door manufacture

During the renovation of a Grade II listed house, we had to replace all 26 internal doors with like for like, within 4 weeks ! Josh Pepper was amazing at suggesting the best hardwood material and way forward to copy the doors exactly, including a specific trim moulding which he had a new tool made for. All fitted first time and came primed ready for top coat. Since installation (18 months) none have moved, cracked or binded. Great product, great updates during manufacture and a very happy Conservation Team who have complimented us on the doors.

She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I first visited Erika at her old salon in 2019 to have my eyebrows micro bladed and also powder brow mixed which have lasted over 5 years. I visited Erika again last week in December 2024 to get a touch up of powder brow and slight micro blading and I couldn't be happier. She is extremely talented and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable in her beautiful salon. The aftercare was explained very well and I have received many lovely comments since having them done. I will certainly visit again in the future for more treatments and my eyebrows done again.

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

I'm one of the hardest clients to please when it comes to having hair cut, it's relatively long and I'm always warey thinking they will chop loads off and you can't see what their doing behind you and once it's gone it's gone, nope well impressed, she took a little at a time and showed me. Looks good even if I say it myself and nice clean comfortable salon. Will definitely go back
