Fantastic service and helping hand. One of the mechanics drove out to pump my tyre up so I could limp back to their garage. They managed to order two tyres and fit two new brake pads on the same day! No appointment as I was in a bad situation. Thanks for all your help!

Amazing customer service. Had my car less than 3 months when I had a major issue. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly but also managed to squeeze it in to be repaired at shirt notice as they know I needed my car ASAP. Julian and Craig were efficient, polite and knowledgeable (and funny), got the job done without any issues. Justine in the office was great communicating with myself and the warranty people on my behalf. Overall great service, fantastic team. Will most certainly be using them again and recommending them to everyone (in fact already recommended them to someone) Thankyou, so much.

Big thanks to Russ and the team. Called Russ on Tuesday morning with a suspected crank sensor problem he told me to drop it off Wednesday morning and they would look at some point between other booked in jobs. The job was a bit of a night mare but Russ and the team sorted the crank sensor problem back on the road by 5.30 pm. BIG THANKS to Russ and the team a job well done at a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended garage for all motoring needs.

My mum has taken her car here for many years always singing their praises, so I thought I would give them a try. I took my Jaguar in for an MOT and service. Happy to report they are as good as I was told. Even though it was a busy day for them, they were able to get my Jag sorted on time, offer advice on some improvements and even have a laugh with the guy on the main desk. My advise for anyone reading this is to book your MOT/service in early, as like a popular restaurant, they get booked up quickly. Then they will offer to contact you each year to make sure you get in the diary.

Been using this garage for about 10 years, fits you in when they can and gives you the facts on what's required so that you can make a decision that you are comfortable with. Never found the costs to be overly priced either, the service received is brilliant the guys who own and work there are friendly and approachable and due to this my family members also use the garage.

Needed our wet belt replaced on fiesta ecoboost. Was going to go to ford M/D but saw Aaron was based in Derby. I'm so glad I went here because I had a great feeling about this place. Clean and tidy workshop, really nice guys . They even did a diagnostic check for my piece of mind with no charge. The car feels great now. 100% recommend Aaron's autos.

Found them on recommendation from a national Ford Focus forum so took my son's 2015 year in for the wet belt change. They were great and even brought out the old part after doing the job. These chaps absolutely saved me in June when my car broke down in the carpark opposite them while trying to drive home from a very long trip. Lovely, honest guys who had the replacement part driven over the same day and did all they could to make it better despite being fully booked with other customers. Just collected my car after it had been in to have new off side rear door replaced and painted, plus sill repair and MOT. Absolutely over the moon with the job done, looks like it's just come out of the factory, can't tell anything was ever done. Very friendly staff. Car was finished to a very high standard in a very respectable amount of time. Even got a complimentary vallet and a run around car to use whilst the work was being done. Will definitely return for future work.

Good experience at Bowbridge, used them many years ago and having recently moved closer , i had a while you wait MoT. Easy to book in, prompt service ... friendly staff. Better if it had not started to snow ... but will use there services again i am sure

Bowbridge garage really saved my bacon last week - I was on my way to Alton Towers from Sheffield and realised I had a headlight out and knew I’d be driving back in the dark. Both Halfords and the Honda garage couldn’t change the headlight on my Honda Accord as it’s a stupidly fiddly job (Honda quoted me £150 for a headlight change, adamant that they’d have to remove the whole front bumper). After frantically googling places near Alton Towers my Dad found Bowbridge and spoke to them - they got me in straight away, changed the headlight in about 20 minutes (without removing the bumper!) and I paid a small fraction of what Honda quoted me. They were so friendly and helpful and I’m really grateful I found them - would highly recommend.

Best garage! All staff are friendly and approachable! I'm always nervous when my car goes in as I need it as I work as a community carer! But i know my car goes thought alot! Can't recommend enough, didn't get talked down to or ripped off! Very comfortable. It's the only place I'll take my car to now x
