I had a replacement wet belt on my 1.2 puretech Peugeot through Frank Brown. I dealt with Jack who was brilliant start to finish with communication. Price he quoted me on the initial enquiry email never changed. He kept me informed about the process over two days. And the invoice came back with genuine parts so the price of 850 pounds is more than justified. Highly recommend for anyone looking for wet belt replacements!!!

Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Recently had a full service and MOT plus new battery fitted Staff were so helpful in resolving what were challenging circumstances, and their advice, in getting the car to them.

What a morning I've had... arrive at petrol station across from the garage, fill up car, pay and return to my car. Only to find the battery in my key had stopped working. Without an appointment or any advance contact I went across the road and asked for help. The reason for my 5 star review is due to the service I was given without any charge. A simple good deed which the lad at the front desk certainly didn't have to do but did anyway. Changed the battery in the key, ended up re-coding the key to my car and triple checking it was working. Honestly thank-you so much for your help this morning otherwise I would have been stranded and causing chaos in the petrol station for much longer!

First time i've used this garage, and they were recommended by Sunset in Derby. I really have to trust a garage to give them my T6 and I've got to say these guys were friendly, very helpful, informative, the workshop is so clean and tidy its like an F1 pit crew. They obviously have pride in both their work and their working environment, to top it off their price was good. I would recommend these guys every day of the week, great work.

These guys took on a very big job on my car that I needed towing in for ..they are professional and the garage is tidy and uncluttered .. which is always a good sign . The price they quoted was far cheaper than any other . Nothing was to much trouble .. I’ve used this garage a few times now and will always use these in the future .. but book in early as quite rightly they’re very busy .. it’s 5 stars from me .

Needed our wet belt replaced on fiesta ecoboost. Was going to go to ford M/D but saw Aaron was based in Derby. I'm so glad I went here because I had a great feeling about this place. Clean and tidy workshop, really nice guys . They even did a diagnostic check for my piece of mind with no charge. The car feels great now. 100% recommend Aaron's autos.

Found them on recommendation from a national Ford Focus forum so took my son's 2015 year in for the wet belt change. They were great and even brought out the old part after doing the job. My Car handbrake had been faulty for a couple of months, took my car here and it’s never been better!! It’s solid now on any incline, lovely staff and very good at communicating, highly recommend! :)

This is the only place I would go and say "just fix it". You can trust them to be totally professional and honest in their approach. They listen to what's wrong, sort it out and warn you if it's gone to be an expensive bill. I still go there after 35 years!

Good experience at Bowbridge, used them many years ago and having recently moved closer , i had a while you wait MoT. Easy to book in, prompt service ... friendly staff. Better if it had not started to snow ... but will use there services again i am sure

Bowbridge garage really saved my bacon last week - I was on my way to Alton Towers from Sheffield and realised I had a headlight out and knew I’d be driving back in the dark. Both Halfords and the Honda garage couldn’t change the headlight on my Honda Accord as it’s a stupidly fiddly job (Honda quoted me £150 for a headlight change, adamant that they’d have to remove the whole front bumper). After frantically googling places near Alton Towers my Dad found Bowbridge and spoke to them - they got me in straight away, changed the headlight in about 20 minutes (without removing the bumper!) and I paid a small fraction of what Honda quoted me. They were so friendly and helpful and I’m really grateful I found them - would highly recommend.

Prompt attention to a serious fault. Vehicle was OTR. Frank researched a replacement part for the vehicle which has been out of production for 5 or 6 years.. Fitted it quickly and kept the costs as low as possible. Back on the road within 2 working days. Great result.

Man on reception/garage manager Super helpful in assisting me to resolve an issue with the dealer I bought the car from and the warranty company, I think without their help I would have definitely been fobbed off and would have had to foot a pricey repair bill. Easy 5 stars for me. Have completed MOT’s on my cars for the last 6 years - always friendly & efficient. Very quick and I’ve never felt like their trying to get more money out of me. Communication is top notch and they’ve often gone out of their way to help me out - I couldn’t get back to the garage in time for closing last time, so they dropped my car off at my house and left the invoice on the seat. Will continue to use them for years to come I’m sure.

A very special Thankyou to the whole Team, special mention to Helen and Russ for their helpfulness. I wanted a second opinion before purchasing a Classic Car (Rover P5b). Helen advised Russ would be best person as a classic owner himself. I booked a pre-MOT as a way of getting the car checked over. I received exemplary service, even down to pushing car onto forecourt as it conked out at the junction on way to garage. The team then crawled over the car, removing air filter, cleaning spark plugs, fixed a heater pipe leak, replaced top hose jubilee clip and rebalanced carbs. I was overwhelmed at this level of service and enthusiasm. It's very clear this is a group of people who love working on cars and help each other. On top of all the work, they carried out a thorough check of the car underneath including suspension checks and pointed out specific issues. Thankyou from a very satisfied customer.

Fantastic work. Drilled out a fully seized bolt from my motorcycle engine that I'd made a complete mess of at home. They were more than happy to discuss the issue to fully understand the problem and they completed the job quickly. They clearly know what they're doing!

I have visited this garage on a number of occasions and have experienced excellent customer service every time. Most recently I had my MOT done and handbrake cables replaced on my Fiat 500. I'd already compared quotes with a number of other garages in the area so I knew that the cost for repair was very reasonable. They were very accurate with their quote too. During the repair work they found that my wheel nut key had gone missing. I was pretty stressed about this but John was able to thoughtfully suggest different solutions and resolve the issue at minimum cost while keeping me informed about the choices I had. They completed the work in very good time and offered me a flexible collection time. I'm very pleased with the work they carried out- they're a really trustworthy bunch.

Used this garage for the first time and really impressed by there work. The quote was bang on and the work was completed early and my van runs great now its fixed. Would recomend them to anybody. They are very knowledgeable about engine problem and there work is faultless..

Had amazing service from this garage. Spoke to 5 other garages who either couldn’t fix the injector bolt or couldn’t do the job quickly. Van was fixed the same day saving our holiday! Everyone we spoke to was really helpful & polite (something that seems to pass most garages by). Wish they were a bit closer to where we live! Would highly recommend.
