Great service from Power & Control, from quotation through to install. Daniel was informative and quick to provide a quote when requested. This was also amended with no quibbles when I decided on a Hypervolt charger instead. Dan also arranged an install date very quickly - I only had to wait a couple of weeks from accepting my quote. Andy who installed the charger is a really nice guy. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality workmanship. The Hypervolt looks great and I cannot fault the install - extremely neat! I would highly recommend.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

I'd highly recommend Laura-Beth as hairdresser, She made me feel so welcome when I first walked in as I'm not from around here so felt a bit anxious at first but once we started chatting I felt at ease. I've not had my hair cut for while so going there was breath of fresh air as laura cut my hair really nicely and made my hair feel fresh and tidy again.

Fantastic salon; both Laura and Freya, are extremely talented hair stylists, (wether it's for a cut, or colour or even an updo for a special occasion) making you feel a million dollars every time you visit. They are both super friendly and give good advice (if needed) on best hair products, or hair problems etc.. Laura does my hair and I'm never disappointed. I also have a few beauty treatments with Freya, each month, which includes, eyelash tint, + eyebrow wax and tint. It truly is an amazing salon to go to, when you feel you want pampering.. I love my visits to this beautiful little salon, a wonderful relaxing experience every time.💖

I was a little nervous as it was the first time in years using a different hairdresser after the one I used in Sheffield closed. Freya and Laura were so welcoming. It’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Freya did an amazing job at my restyle. She was gentle kind and constantly checking in as she was going. Thank you ladies.

Martin was extremely helpful when discussing and deciding on my final solar configuration. He prepared various quotes / system sizes which enabled me to select the best solution for my circumstances. M H Electrical patiently worked with us over many different iterations of a solar project to make sure we got the solution that was best for us. During installation, where there were hiccups, Martin reacted quickly to try and resolve including coming out on a weekend. The quality of installation is to a high standard. Martin was great throughout the install of our panels and battery system. From the initial quote to the neat install and handling all the registration paperwork, it was a very straightforward process. Even coping with the wrong optimisers being sent by the distributor and coming back to fit when they were available, was well dealt with. I would highly recommend MH Electrical for anyone considering their own solar system.

Martin (MH Electrical) gave us a couple of options at the quoting stage and answered all the questions we had. The quote was very competitive and we were also dealing with the installer rather than a middle person which gave us more confidence. The installation dates were agreed and the process was very easy from start to finish and we are really pleased with the finished installation both in terms of performance and quality.

Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. Overall, the best electrician I've ever used, and I've been developing properties for over 30 years. Too often these days, when we look for tradesmen and women, questions are instantly raised as to whether we can trust the person to quote, turn up on time and complete the work at a fair price. Questions surrounding a person's experience, knowledge, and qualifications are often put further down the list, owing to our prior bad experiences! Carly did wedding hair and make up for me, my Maid of Honour, and my mum at Shottle Hall in April 2024. Everything was perfect, she helped make the morning getting ready super relaxed and calm. Hair and make up stayed in place all day, and even long into the night when the dancing was in full flow. We looked flawless and I felt totally at ease with Carly. I would 100% recommend Carly to future brides. The whole process was so smooth, from the first discussions via email, to the bridal trial, to the final moments before walking down the aisle.

Carly & Anna came to The Forest Lodge Hotel at 6.45am on Thursday 1st September 2022 to do make-up and hair for the bride (my daughter), myself and 7 bridesmaids. Carly & Anna did an amazing job and worked so hard on us all and the make-up and hair was perfect! By 8pm that evening our make-up and hair still looked so fresh. I want to thank you Carly & Anna for being such perfectionists and helping us make Belle’a wedding day a huge success. We had a good laugh too in that hotel room and goodness knows how 11 of us fitted in the room but it was a very calm and happy atmosphere. I would highly recommend these 2 ladies to anyone whether they are getting married or otherwise. Aly Waller.

I have a mad head of hair, curly and a little unkempt when it gets long. Not many places can do a decent job of it. The Haven fitted me in at short notice, because I had a date I wanted to look good for. Fi did an amazing job, real eye for detail and clearly cares that the cut was good and I was leaving feeling confident. Really recommend it, dead homely and seemingly is trying to use natural and sustainable products which is always good.

Recently started using Fiona and have followed her into this new venture! I went to the new salon once prior to lockdown, and all appropriate safety measures were in place. I have very wacky hair colours and Fiona is never afraid to attempt what suggestion I have next! Even though it’s a time consuming process she always remains so calm, and her time management is amazing! I would not have the patience to do it myself! Amazing quality, amazing prices! Always willing to help with any questions and advice on what would look best. Already booked in for my next appointment, can’t wait to see what you’ve done with the place 😍😍

We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.

I would highly recommend this company Loscoe Electrical; they have undertaken an array of electrical work for me in my house renovation projects from electrical work for Bathroom, Kitchen, mood lighting, outside lighting, fans, etc. I have had other companies previously work on my home and this company absolutely outperforms them. Their standard of work is superb and of the highest quality, their staff - Ed, Pat & Danny are very capable, friendly and make sure they leave the job with a clean finish. I felt the cost was more than acceptable. I am thrilled with the results & more than anything they were happy to work with me to provide me with what I wanted in my home.

I had Electrical Innovations out for a house alarm service. House alarm was beyond economical repair. I was given various options, went for the wireless system, provided with a quote and accepted. They turned up when they said they would, performed the job to the highest standard, took old alarm away and all the packaging from the new alarm. I was kept updated with arrival times via text message. Brad the technician cleaned up after himself, no mess was left. We were very impressed with the service provided. Once the alarm was installed, Brad went through everything with me, explained the settings and set up the app on our phones. Fantastic service, you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed. Excellent work from Electrical Innovations installing a Tesla Powerwall 3 to my existing solar panels. The panels had never been connected before and the solar panels had an issue that was previously unknown to me. Electrical Innovations found the problem which was caused by a different, unrelated company a few months back and fixed it, going over and above to ensure the kit was all working before they left. Very friendly and professional service, would recommend

Had 10 solar panels with a Tesla Powerwall3 battery fitted by Electric innovations , whole process was seamless from start to finish , was kept upto date on the installastion timings etc , arrived 8.30am and was all done dusted logged in to the app at 3.30pm by Ben and his team , since the work has been completed i have received various follow up emails and conversations to make sure i was happy with the work completed and if i needed any further assistance . I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company , very professional approachable and local , this is the second job they have done for me after installing my car charger 2 years ago as well. A totally professional company. From my initial contact with the company Ainsley sorted out a day and time for the repair of the kitchen extractor unit. Frazier arrived on time he was totally professional and polite unfortunately the kitchen extractor was not repairable. I ordered a new unit and again this was booked to be fitted. Sean arrived on time and fitted the unit he was fantastic professional and very polite. This company is the best in every way. Will definitely recommend this company , first class, and thank you .
