This was my first time at the salon. My hair was desperate for a good cut and colour and I got exactly what I asked for and more. Ellie is so gentle and really makes you feel like you’ve been looked after. Great after care advice and lovely coffee!

I was after a bit of a re-style and Helen did the most amazing job. She made me feel so comfortable and I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. She made me feel a million dollars! Thank you so much Helen and the team, I won't be going anywhere else ever again!

Needed my hair doing before Christmas (after being ill) and this salon was luckily still taking bookings. My hairstylist was a lovely young lady (Ellie Mae) , who did a wonderful job with cutting my very thin hair to give it shape, after a very nice relaxing wash and massage. So pleased with the price as well, which was cheaper than where I usually go to in Buxton!

I picked this hairdressers because it was the first in the Google list. I haven't had my hair cut professionally for over 2 years. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Sages were explained and questions asked about my preferences. The whole experience was excellent. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely return.

For a bit of context - I hadn’t had my long and somewhat scruffy hair cut in about 2 years and was a little nervous. Stacey was absolutely lovely, very professional and my hair now looks amazing. She recommended products and gave me tips about how to maintain the style. Will definitely be booking in again when it needs revamping! Thanks Stacey

I am compelled to share my excellent experience with Robert the Handyman. He was recently able to fit numerous fittings for our baby's bedroom and put together a toy at short notice, working well after hours with precision, care, and timeliness. We had been struggling to find a handyman who was available to fit the fittings for our baby's bedroom, as it was a relatively small job and most handymen were booked up weeks in advance. We were also keen to have the fittings fitted as soon as possible, as we were expecting our baby to arrive any day. Robert was able to come to our house the very next day, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, and fitted all of the fittings perfectly. He also put together a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. Robert was very professional and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help us. He is a highly skilled handyman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Robert's service: He was available at short notice, even though it was after hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to do a good job. He was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us, by assembling a toy for our baby that we had been struggling to assemble. I would definitely recommend Robert the Handyman to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional handyman.

Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. Bobby-man-can maintenance is trusted and reliable. We have always found his quotes very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use time and again.

Would highly recommend Rob to anyone as he can turn his hand to many things and is trustworthy and reliable. Recently had my loft insulated and boarded and there was minimal disruption or mess. Rob reused the old boards where possible to keep the cost down and has also repaired a hole in the ceiling. Thanks to Rob and Charlie for their hard work.

Had my hair done for a wedding, hadn't been to the salon before. Friendly Staff, fab wash and massage, my hair was then blowdried and curled using straighteners, the stylist did exactly as I asked. Really pleased with the end results, and my curls lasted all day even though it rained.I would recomend.

Been coming here for nearly a year, and my hair has never felt better . My colour is always bright and hair in great condition. Everyone says my hair looks great and holds the colour well and lasts. Always use Hairs and Graces, the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable and its a good cut. I am terrible for forgetting appointments or moving them at the last minute and they never worry about it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new hairdresser.

I called for an urgent installation of a new cooker, after my old gas hobs abandoned me. This was a non standard installation, because the cooker was a different size of the previous one and needed to fit between two units of my kitchen, which needed to be moved. I am very happy with the job - they have been responsive, organised, punctual and very reliable. I will definitely call them again in the future for small and big projects in my house!

I booked an holistic massage with Alice having struggled with a chronic health problem for well over a year. Alice was so calm and welcoming, I instantly relaxed and told her all my aches and pains ( both physically and emotionally !) . Alice's treatment was gentle and yet powerful, it felt like her fingers located each pain centre and she just seemed to smooth it out of my body. Most incredibly, I have been suffering with a recurring sinus problem which cleared instantly, I can breathe again. Just heavenly x

A wonderful afternoon spent with the lovely ladies at this salon! Cozy, kind and friendly, and a gorgeous dog Molly who is the most well behaved salon dog I’ve ever met! Nails are beautifully done, and the massage was wonderful and we had such a great chat too. We felt so welcomed, offered any drink we could wish for! We are back tomorrow for more treatments and hurrying to book back at Christmas time- this is quite a hidden gem, I would highly recommend it!!

What a lovely little boutique salon 😍 I'm a repeat customer and won't go anywhere else now. I've had various treatments and have always been extremely happy every time. It's such a lovely and relaxed environment, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, they are all so knowledgeable, not just on the services they provide but the products they use too. The range or services they offer means I don't have to go anywhere else for treatments. They have it all. It's absolutely worth travelling for if you're not in the area, you won't be disappointed. My 11 year old daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure today. We found the salon to be very welcoming in a really spacious and relaxing environment. The overall atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The treatments were spot on and extremely competitively priced compared to other local salons. We will definitely be back girls and would wholeheartedly recommend this salon; you won't be disappointed.

We play a lot of open competitions a year and two of the Lad's had never played Chevin before so I booked us into an open. The day from start to finish was second to none.We were made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff from the club house to the well stocked Pro shop then a starter that was a credit to the club. We had a top notch breakfast then a round on one of the very best courses we have played this year. Fairways were just like walking on carpet complemented by true greens that posed some issues to work out the line in short a top course. I would very strongly recommend this class golf club.
