First time using Charlene’s cleaning services , fitted me in on short notice to clean my carpets which had deep stains from new family puppy . On time , very polite and easy to talk to which was a bonus as I struggle to communicate with people . Professional job and brought my carpets back to life and made them look brand new again would recommend to anyone.

Charlene and her team did a pre sale, post tenancy clean on a property I own which is 200 miles from where I live. I was anxious, as I had to travel a long way and book an overnight stay, so it was important to me that all the arrangements worked smoothly. What a brilliant job! End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. Ben has done a wonderful job on refreshing our walk in shower cubicle, removing and replacing all the old grout,re-grouting and resealing. I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Would 100% recommend Tony, he did a great job for a very reasonable price, he worked around times that suited me. He was friendly, professional and very tidy! Very happy with the work completed by Tony. I needed my whole chimney breast replastering due to the previous owners doing a poor job of boarding up the fireplace and plastering over the top of it. Tony's expertise in this area meant I was able to avoid future hassle by highlighting what needed doing, including adding a vent to the boarded up fireplace to give it decent air flow to avoid a build up of condensation. Tony was punctual, professional and didn't mess around with getting the job done to an incredible standard. Would highly recommend T H Building and Plastering, and would definitely use again.

Tony was amazing all round and takes real pride in his work. First contact and communication spot on. We had a garage conversion replacing the garage door with a patio door for a child’s playroom. Tony bricked up part of the door and installed a patio door with damp proof. The job was that that good we had him back to plaster the entire garage. He did a fantastic job and very cost effective, he is a true tradesmen and not many alike. We have recommended him to our friends and family and will continue to do so and we with have him back for future works.

The question you should really be asking yourself is why would you not get Gav in? Offers up clear and fair estimates and a real attention to detail in what he delivers; little things like a proper clean up of the area or looking to maximise the use of the materials purchased, just go a long way to cermet a top-notch service. He's also just a really nice guy. I've engaged him a few times now and is absolutely my go-to to get projects done I can't/won't do myself.

Gav has done so much work on our house over the years - from bespoke carpentry (like benches and wardrobes) and plastering, to laying a patio and fitting a bathroom - and not only is he very skilled, but he's also a super nice guy and very fairly priced. He'll tell you what he's going to do, he arrives on time and then does the work. You literally couldn't ask for anything else.

Lee has just completed a package of work for me on a rental property including Painting throughout, new bath panel, resealing the bath/shower, new sink waste, boxing in some pipework and replacing the banister. Lee turned up when he said he would and kept me updated with regular progress updates. They came to deep clean my Dad's bungalow after a spell in hospital. They thoroughly cleaned the entire bungalow. It was disorganised and needed a good fettle.
