Always a great, professional service! I am always welcomed with a smile and hello from all the staff and offered a drink. Milly is easy to chat to, does an outstanding service and the atmosphere is so friendly and calm. There is an endless choice of colours to choose from for my nails, I can never decide! We always have a laugh and a gossip and I leave extremely pleased with my treatment. Thank you ladies you all do an exceptionally good job. X

We are really impressed with the service provided by Alan Benfield. They said we wouldn’t be able to have an electrician for 2 weeks due to how busy they are, however, within a week we had an electrician who came by and fitted new lights and changed light sockets and switches as well as cutting off lights we didn’t want anymore. Andrew was great, he was here all day and done everything we asked. Highly recommend! Thank you.

The style of the salon is so refreshing in the sense of it's not your typical decor. The decor is fun and joyful, just like the people who work there! The stylists are all knowledgeable and want to make you feel fabulous every time you leave the chair.

Fantastic hairdresser's. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Great atmosphere inside and decorated beautifully. My hairdresser Chloe is fantastic, I wouldn't have anyone else cut my hair. Nothing is too much trouble for her either. Would definitely recommend to everyone, in fact, have recommended to everyone!

I absolutely love this place! It’s a great salon with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is lovely and very professional. I've been seeing Sami as my stylist for several years now, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! She always does an amazing job with my hair, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Not only is she a fantastic stylist, but she’s also a lovely person.

Such a lovely salon! I booked with Claire at Oliver’s as I hadn’t had the best experience at another salon so was feeling a little nervous about having my hair done again. Claire was so kind and patient and chatted through everything with me. The salon itself is very chilled with nice music on so felt relaxed having my treatment and felt cared from the start to the finish. I absolutely loved the end result of my hair and would highly recommend going. I’ve booked to have my nails soon and I’ll be sticking here for future hair cuts and colour.

I’ve been going to Oliver’s for a long time now and Kim always delivers her best. This woman is by far the best hairdresser. Always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. We have a good laugh. Looks after me so well. All the staff are amazing. All smiles and laughter. This place is a home away from home. Will forever recommend ❤️

This has been my second time at Oliver’s and I am so glad I found it! Claire is amazing, she really does listen and is genuinely interested in how you want your hair to look. She takes very great care with every detail and I feel in very safe hands! I have already booked my next two appointments because she is so much in demand. I was walking down the road with my dogs the other day and a neighbour stopped me and said how nice my hair looked. She might as well have just given me £1000 because that’s how I felt! Amazing! Thank you Claire xx

I love going to Olivers hair studio . It's a gem of a place , nice and chilled . Nothing is too much trouble. Hollie does my hair and transforms me every time I go . Come out looking great feel refreshed. Recommended Hollie to a friend who now always go there.

Sam was amazing and so lovely. She was very quick but attentive! I had my nose pierced and it had been a very long time since I had my ears done and I have some new health issues I was worried about, so I was apprehensive but Sam made me feel so relaxed and listened to me, and explained everything to me beforehand and as she was doing the piercing, and aftercare. A great range of studs and jewels for all piercings are available. Thanks so much Sam- I’ll definitely be back for more piercings now I know the pain is nothing at all 🤩🤩🤩❤️ xx

Had a tragus piercing a week ago with Sam. Would 100% recommend. She was responsive in messaging me before the appointment, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and best of all the piercing didn't hurt at all. Following her great aftercare advice I have had no issues with the piercing so far. Will definitely go back when I can change the stud and already thinking of another piercing! Great experience from start to finish and have already recommend her to friends 😀

I highly recommend Sam. I’d never had a lash lift before. She did a patch test two days before and, on the day, she talked me through every step. The results are amazing! It was just me and her in the studio, which made me feel really special. Very soothing music playing all throughout. Thanks Sam! See you again soon.

Fantastic service from Milly during my Luxury Manicure, beautiful results and an enjoyable experience. Epernay is a really nice salon, and one of the perks I found was that they were running on time! I appreciate things don’t always run like clockwork but I do find it irritating when many salons run over and you find you’re sat waiting for your appointment. Fortunately, this wasn’t the case with Epernay, I began my treatment on time and it didn’t feel rushed. Thanks Milly, you’re a great asset to the Epernay Team!

We had JIH round to fit some outside lights, and sockets. From first getting in contact they were very professional and gave good advice in to what was the best option to take. Really pleased with the quality of work carried out and how neat and tidy it was left afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Alex did an amazing job. He turned up when he said he would and replaced and rewired 9 light fittings around the house inside and out. Everything is working perfectly and looks great. The house was left spotless after the work was complete and Alex showed how the sensor to the outside light would work which was good to know. Will definitely use JIH in the future.

We enquired with JIH Electrical for a quote on an outdoor socket and a EV charge point. The communication was fantastic and prompt, and today we had Alex come and carry out the work. He’s left the place spotless, carried out an excellent job on installing, was really informative and polite. Cannot recommend this company enough, and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Sarah enough! Always feel comfortable, the room is very relaxing and organised. Sarah always goes beyond and over on every appointment and is very enthusiastic about what she does. I always have a massage when visiting, great if you’ve got plenty of knots like me and need them out!

Sarah is absolutely incredible. I’ve been using her services for about a year now . From day 1 she has been consistently excellent. She knows her stuff and is always so professional. The room is so lovely and snuggly warm , which is a huge bonus . Before finding Sarah I had used several other salons for massage mainly as I suffer with my lower back, but none have come close to helping me, like Sarah has & continues to do . I’ve had several different treatments now and I’m always so satisfied and I always leave feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. Thank you Sarah - you’re amazing :)

The atmosphere is so calming as you enter the room, a brief update on how you are, the treatments are so relaxing and through, no rushing you in and out, I’ve never been one for massage but now book every six weeks… in summer I totally enjoy the pedicure, again so relaxing. I’m looking forward to my first aromatherapy massage in jan 2222, a treat to get over the stress of work over Christmas. Sarah is caring, professional, and makes you feel like you’ve known her forever.

I have been for 2 pregnancy massages at the Hidden Hideaway, and both were amazing. Sarah personalises them to your needs and gives consideration to your issues or concerns. She checks in with you throughout the massage and makes changes if you need them. I always leave feeling totally and utterly relaxed and I will definitely be returning. A truly wonderful and relaxing experience

I started getting my nails (hands and toes) done at Prestige recently. My experiences have been wonderful, Evie (who I book with regularly) does such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and conversation are fabulous, she's very punctual with her apportionment timings and was very welcoming to me as a new customer. Would 10/10 reccomend a visit 💅🏽 💅🏽 lots of colours to choose from also!
