We recently got married at Old Gore Barn in the cotswolds, and Amanda, our wedding stylist, was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t recommend her more if you are looking for a wedding stylist. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process, and we knew we could trust her entirely with brining our vision to life. She had incredible suggestions for our day of how we could include our own sourced decor with her own collection and she just went above and beyond to think about every little detail of styling for the venue. On the big day, we were truly blown away with the attention to detail and scale that Amanda was able to achieve with a tight set up time. We had our guests and other suppliers commenting what an amazing job she had done and what a genuinely gorgeous person she is to work with. If you're getting married and are considering a wedding stylist, my one suggestion is to book Amanda while you can ! Amanda is so talented and incredible at what she does. Where do I even start with this incredible human?! Amanda is the kindest, most creative and inspirational wedding planner, stylist and coordinator. We were lucky enough to have Amanda involved in every aspect of our wedding and we are so thankful for her guidance and support. From our first initial emails, consultation meeting, final meetings and numerous messages (from me!), Amanda was nothing but helpful and supportive. On the day, it was a joy to have Amanda join my bridal prep in the morning, brining a sense of calm, style and humour. She ensured everything was on track and ensured that I was happy and prepared for when we moved to the venue. During the day, we had countless compliments about Amanda's efficiency and how friendly she was. Everything ran like clockwork, with no issues, and I am certain this was due to Superwoman Amanda. She also helped us to achieve the perfect champagne spray photo! The styling... Words fail me. Amanda took our ideas and colours and made it so much more. During our final design meeting, Amanda made detailed notes and offered suggestions for how to syle our venue. We were so confident in her abilities, we encouraged Amanda to do what she does best, and she did! Amanda created the classiest, cosiest, most elegant autumn vibes you could ever imagine. Our photographer, who had worked at the venue numerous other times, said it was the most beautiful she had ever seen it. I truly cannot recommend Amanda enough. She has a heart of gold and I feel so privaledge to have worked with such a creative and inspiring person. Where to begin! Amanda really is one in a million. She helped plan our wedding and I don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does and thinks of everything she is also a wonderful person. She’s calm, intuitive, supportive and thoughtful all whilst being amazingly efficient. From zoom calls to site visits to being on site days before the wedding, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks and runs as best as it can. Having Amanda was one of the best decisions we made - we couldn’t recommend her more and are so grateful for everything she did and helped us with.

We hired Amanda for our Wedding in May 2024 as a wedding coordinator, and by far was probably the best decision we made during our planning. I honestly don’t know how our wedding would have taken place on the day without Amanda. Amanda set up all our props for our Wedding the day before / morning of, and then coordinated our day. Amanda really went above and beyond throughout the day, keeping the day on track and making sure it aligned to mine and my husband wishes. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she really brought our vision to life. We honestly cannot say thank you enough and would absolutely recommend Amanda to anyone getting married. Had a new garage door delivered and installed on 10/01/2025. Turned up earlier than 0800hrs, and started work promptly, Took down existing door and fitted new door by 0930hrs. Showed me how new door opened and was locked, and if I was satisfied with their work.. I was very pleased with my new door and how clean the job was. We had a really good team replacing our old dilapidated garage with a new Penta roofed Compton model, with metal roof lined so it didn't drip in cold weather. Work was carried out professinally and speedily. We are really pleased with the garage and its quality, also the price was exceptionally reasonable. Just to add that because the garage was on a raised plinth the garage has never had flooding issues, a problem for many in this area with steep down sloping driveways from the road level. Great experience getting our new garage roof installed this August. From start to finish exceeded expectations from enquiry, to quote, order process, delivery and installation. Actually restored my faith in a business actually delivering great customer service, even pre delivery calls to ensure all ok. Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!

We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Very friendly couple of Guys, Rob and Steve were a joy to have around. Right from first contact the communication with them was excellent, they arrived on time and did a great job and cleaned up immaculately. All Apex tiles had to be removed, cleaned off, crumbling mortar removed from all along the apex, fresh mortar put in place and tiles put back. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve and Rob did a sterling job on reroofing our conservatory. The fibreglass looks great. They replaced the rotten joists with new bigger ones. we can now safely walk on the balcony above! They were on time and very nice guys. Rained heavily during the work but there were no leaks at all as they ensured the roof was well covered. Cleared everything away nicely too. All at a decent price. Would definitely recommend SLS.

I called RW Roofing when I noticed a leak into my loft. They came round promptly and put me a quote together for repairing that and for some other work that needed doing but I had been putting off; replacing the top 3 rows of roof tiles and replacing the flat roof on a bay window. The work started the following week and was done to a high standard, the replacement lead flashing on the chimney stack was done very neatly. They also repaired some pointing on the chimney and the flaunching that they only saw once the work had started. The guys who came to do the work were all very polite and just got on with things in a professional manner. There is a 5 year guarantee on the mortar work and a 20 year guarantee on the flat roof in the event of any issues down the line. I have recommended RW Roofing to some of my friends who are planning on having some roof work done and I would use them again.

We called Ricky and the team out to fix our dormer roof that had heavily leaked. The overall process was super quick and they gave us really solid advice to help whilst the scaffolding was setup. The leak was fixed and has been in perfect repair since, and the new flat roof looks clean & well finished. Absolutely can't recommend these folks enough, great work, professional and speedy!

Great team. From start to finish. I had a full roof replacement. A refurbishment of my chimney. Insulation added to my attic to building standards. The guys that did the work were on time, professional and so tidy. All round a good experience and friendly. Ricky was came through with a good quote, definitely not the most expensive I had. RW Roofing had some favourable reviews, so I decided to give them a try and was very satisfied. Great service identified where the leak was coming from. Replaced the guttering to the back of the property and solved our shared guttering problem with our neighbours. Very tidy and very good. Very impressed with Dalton Roofing. We had a number of leaks on an old roof and two other companies had tried to fix them without success. We contacted Dalton who came out very quickly to assess the issues. Phil explained the problems and gave me options to consider. He sent me a detailed quote on the same day which I accepted and the work was completed exactly on schedule. During the job, I spoke to Jake who was doing the work. He was great; he answered all my questions, explained what he had done in detail and gave me real confidence that he had understood and fixed the problems. Communication from Ruby at their office was also great. Overall, Dalton have been excellent and I'd recommend them without reservation.

I have just had Dalton Roofing re-point my chimney stack including replacing 4 broken roof tiles. They did a neat job of repointing etc to a very high standard, cleaned my gutters afterwards and swept my path and back yard. The roofers were very professional and decent lads who respected my property. As agreed by Dalton Roofing and myself, they roofers took before and after close up photos of the chimney stack. The admin team always kept me updated by email. I know this day and age finding a trustworthy roofer can be very difficult at times which is why I fell lucky finding Dalton Roofing. Prior to finding Dalton Roofing I had been messed about by a few roofing companies who were a bunch of greedy time wasters. Dalton are reasonably priced and work to a very high standard. I am very happy and feel rest assured that my chimney stack is structurally safe. Thank you Dalton Roofing.

I’m very pleased with the work Simon has done in my home, and I highly recommend his services. He initially did a tricky job in my bathroom that involved both joinery and plumbing. He quickly identified the causes of the issue, clearly explained the repairs needed, and followed this up with a written estimate. During the work, he kept me well informed and did a thorough job to a high standard. Needless to say, I had no hesitation in booking him for other jobs - he came up with a straightforward solution to sort out a damp issue and did a top job of fitting skirting boards. Whilst doing the work, he pointed out an issue that needed a gas fitter and helped with a contact. He is friendly, trustworthy and works very efficiently. Simon did a great job putting up a curtain pole for a heavy thermal door curtain. He is professional and friendly and made sure that I was happy with the job. He also did a short repair of a light fitting, which was very good of him, as I had not arranged this in advance. I'll definitely be asking Simon when it's time to start on that ever-increasing list of jobs that need attention.

Simon has installed an electric radiator in my elderly parents house. He gave us wonderful service and piece of mind. It was nice to know i could rely on Simon to provide such trustworthy service during these difficult times. He prioritised work ahead of other jobs due to their vulnerability, at his own doing without prompting. He is now fixing up their tired kitchen and no doubt will be able to assist further in the future. Tradesmen like this are hard to find, it's just a shame I can't keep him a secret !

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. I would highly recommend Andy and his team following the work they have done on our re-roof. Due to the age and condition of our roof several unforeseen problems were encountered along the way, Andy always kept us well informed throughout and came up with solutions each time, at no point did we think the work wouldn't be finished to the highest standard. The attention to detail is second to none and you can tell that Andy and the team take great pride in their work.

Andrew undertook a complete reroof of our house including tiles, membrane, lead, and where necessary, remedial work to timbers. He also replaced our loft insulation and brought it up to standard. He is a perfectionist and would never cut corners but insures the job is done to his very high standards. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date with progress and any issues throughout the process. His team worked hard and he always left the site tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend him.

It was well worth the wait for Ferns Roofing to come and reroof our house. They have done an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Although previous builders work on the house had created many problems, Andy used his experience and skills to successfully resolve and rectify these mistakes.
