I would like to say a big thank you to Mick for a fantastic job well done. Our garden had become overgrown and unmanageable and we needed a kick start to get it back on track. Mick worked very quickly to get the job completed even pestered by a puppy and a 6 year old chatter box whom he engaged to get involved with the garden. I would highly recommend him

Highly recommended! Mick came to do our pre-winter prep in our garden and couldn't be happier. Service with a smile and he worked really hard to make it much more manageable. Robin's Nest have recently completed work this January on my garden at our house in Park Grove (Six Streets area), Derby. Matt visited initially to sketch our what we wanted and then sent through a range of quote options promptly via email. We agreed on the cost of the work and then the best dates to get the work done for us and his team. Rob then arrived with his team (Jake & Tom) on the agreed date and they completed the work professionally and efficiently until completion. We are thrilled with the end result of what Jake & Tom did with our garden. We replaced our muddy back lawn with artificial grass (two football mad sons are very happy!) and tidied up the look and feel of the garden by removing a shed, Wendy house etc, repurposed the garden path, replaced an old gate and created raised beds on each side of the gardens with sleepers on either side. I would highly recommend Robins Nest Landscaping and their team for any landscaping work required with your garden and would 100% use them again.

Really pleased with the job Robins Nest did with our new patio and pergola 47m2 of sandstone paving, retaining wall and pergola Very professional from start to finish and a great helpful set of lads doing the work, with a great work ethic, finished product looks better than we were hoping for and Matt was always on hand to sort any queries Everything left tidy every day and completed within a week despite difficult access meaning everything had to be wheelbarrowed in Came in at a very reasonable price as well Really recommend Robins Nest

We have been with them a few years and recently had cause for concern with 2 of our dogs both in the same week (unrelated problems) Daisy was poorly with a virus and looked after by Geoff. Dora by Will. Both Vets highly professional and very caring. Thank you Hartshorne Vets. 😊

Really impressed with the vets at Hartshorne. At other surgeries my cat is a terror and turns feral. A lion would be better behaved. But at Hartshorne vets they must put a spell on him. He's so calm and relaxed with the staff. I highly recommend this surgery if your cat is troublesome at the vets as they have worked wonders with mine.

Great first experience yesterday with my 3 amigos. Very thorough, professional, helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Mandy for persevering in obtaining my dogs clinical histories, which was like pulling teeth, thank you. Thank you also to Katie who was professional, thorough, helpful and informative ( It was nice to see a familiar face ). To the receptionist who assisted me in completing the Healthy Pet Club forms and booking further appointments, thank you. The hospital was clean and everyone was very welcoming. Ample parking. Couldn’t fault it. Very happy :)

Came here in January after being referred by our own vets about my dogs glucose level wasn't coming down. First impression lovely and clean and friendly staff. We seen justine who was amazing she went through everything with us did plenty of tests scans etc which all came back clear. We have to give her updates and she has also kept in touch with us. Barney is now doing alot better We have got his diabetes and glucose level under control. Thank you.

Had an amazing experience with Justine recently when my dog was referred for an endoscopy. As young owners, River being our baby and first pet, we really needed answers to all of our questions. Justine gave that to us, she spent an hour before and an hour after all her testing to keep us at ease and explain everything in our terms which over the course of 2 months of Rivers bad health, we haven't ever experienced. Also shout out to the two lovely ladies on reception, no question was too much of an ask when it came to insurance claims etc. Wish I lived closer so these were my dogs go to vets. Our boy dave Bit of a novel but worth reading,if you have any doubts. We picked our little boy,Dave,up at 12wks. With great excitement,he was to be in our minds our last dog,especially at our time of life. We expect him to have a long happy and healthy life,after all he was a puppy. He presented with skin issues,so we embarked on weekly some times daily visits to our local vet. Whilst trying to treat his skin,he picked up so many other infections. Its was deemed he was not a healthy boy,and suggested maybe we should let him go. As he unfortunately became so scared of the vets,then his only defence was to become aggressive with them. We then asked to be referred to donnington dermatologist specialist. Our journey began. We did as Emily told us to the letter, We made massive progress with his skin. Emily helped to control his terrible itching and discomfort. And proceed with caution,as she had been warned from other vets,that he was aggressive. We were so grateful. But still we were not convinced that something was bubbling away in the background He declined quickly,and Emily feared too,that there was something not right. So referred us to internal medicine. Dave and ourselves were instantly put at ease with Justine and her team. But he was extremely poorly,before Christmas we almost,feared that this was it,we would have to say our goodbyes. Justine never lossed faith and everyone was extremely supportive. Then after all there patience, kindness and extream knowledge,the breakthrough came. We had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. our boy Dave,melt when ever he see Justine. The big so called aggressive puppy,just turns to mush. These people are truly extraordinary and I could write a novel,about the pain that we have all gone through. But it all comes down to our immeasurable gratification for saving our boy Dave's life. Thankyou so much everyone,including the fantastic receptionist who always take time to ask,if he is ok today.

I reached out to Danny to request a quote for a large hedge which needed some cutting back. Danny replied very promptly, came to view the job, quoted and arrived bang on time for the job on the agreed day. Danny and his partner worked solidly, carried out a grand job and left everything super clean and tidy afterwards. I was impressed with his work and will definitely be using him again in the future!

A couple of weeks ago I sadly had to have my 14year old jack Russell, Shiloh, put to sleep. It was a very sad occasion, but all the staff at the Morley vetinary practice were very kind, & made sure Shiloh wasn't stressed & frightened. I cannot praise Highfields Vets enough. Our cats have been in for everything for annual jabs, to blood tests, to exploratory surgery, and unfortunately, in one case, through to end of life support and care. The care, kindness and attention to detail, along with easy booking methods and urgency escalation when required, have been superb. I will always be grateful knowing they are there when we need them.

I highly recommend this vets. Visited for the 1st time today as my adult cat had an issue with his eye. They were so welcoming and had such great customer service. They managed to operate on him today and the stitches are so neat. 100% moving to this vets! Price was amazing considering what i had been quoted at my usual vets. When our trusted vet of many years sadly retired, I performed extensive research and chose to register my dog with Highfields. I didn't expect to be making an appointment so soon after, but accidents happen! I have been highly satisfied with my dog's first treatment. He wore a happy doggy smile while waiting to be examined, the examination was conducted at his level on the floor, and the consultation was thorough and reasonably priced. The sedated procedure he required was well explained and performed quickly. There was a follow up check call the following day and a physical check up appointment after 5 days. I felt confident in the veterinary practice staff and the service. Overall very pleased and would recommend.
