What a gem of a place, in a great location, competitive prices and the customer service is amazing! I've had the pleasure of visiting as both a retail and a trade customer and you genuinely feel part of the Woodgrow family straight away. They stock everything you could need for your garden, allotment and larger landscaping projects. The staff are hugely knowledgeable and are more than happy to pass on their horticultural wisdom. A huge thank you to Ian for his help with a large order for my allotment site. I'm a new allotmenteer and his advice and support has been invaluable. Looking forward to working with him and Woodgrow as the growing season gets into full swing.

We only went for a look to get some ideas. A good selection of trees & shrubs. Prices look good throughout. Lost my better half for 15mins thanks to the very helpful staff and knowledge shown. Not the average garden centre full of pot plants , gardening gadgets etc. and better for it. If you want trees or shrubs well worth the visit.

Good prices, better than the big chains and the equipment for sale is better quality than a lot of the rubbish from the garden centres. For instance they have a good range of Felco secateurs and Silky handsaws. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Also have a good variety of plants and trees for sale. I would recommend to any friend needing horticulture and gardening materials.

Martin came to treat our Mares Tail weed in 2016 as a one off payment, he told us it could take a few years to kill it off . He's visited each since as promised until its finally all been killed off . Great to deal with a honest and trustworthy company. We have also purchased lots of hedging saplings from his company , again very good quality . Great value for money, and great staff.

Fantastic work in replacing my back door gate. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and with attention to every detail (like making the made to measure gate) for the opening which wasn’t square on both sides. Looks amazing, competitive prices using quality materials. This is the second time I’ve used them, and always will. Recommended to friends and family. I nearly forgot also they are a member of the The Guild of Master Craftsmen, so their work is guaranteed to be of the highest standard. Thank you.

Robin's Nest have just recently completed some work on my garden, installing some sleepers and some levelling off work. The team of Rob, Will and Big Angus were absolutely amazing, extremely professional, very polite and friendly all of them, and the work they have carried has been done to a very high standard which I am extremely happy with. Robin's Nest have recently completed work this January on my garden at our house in Park Grove (Six Streets area), Derby. Matt visited initially to sketch our what we wanted and then sent through a range of quote options promptly via email. We agreed on the cost of the work and then the best dates to get the work done for us and his team. Rob then arrived with his team (Jake & Tom) on the agreed date and they completed the work professionally and efficiently until completion. We are thrilled with the end result of what Jake & Tom did with our garden. We replaced our muddy back lawn with artificial grass (two football mad sons are very happy!) and tidied up the look and feel of the garden by removing a shed, Wendy house etc, repurposed the garden path, replaced an old gate and created raised beds on each side of the gardens with sleepers on either side. I would highly recommend Robins Nest Landscaping and their team for any landscaping work required with your garden and would 100% use them again.

I had the garden guardians out to tidy up my garden, and cut down some overgrown bushes. They turned up on time , were extremely professional and did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in carrying out the work I’d asked them to do. They are competitively priced, and I’m extremely happy with the services they provide. As a consequence, I have had them back to do more work for me, and they are now , definitely my ‘ go to ‘ gardening team. You will not be disappointed, if you choose to use this company . Green village gardening transformed our garden in 2022. We had a consultation about the style and practicality of the design and planting and material costs etc. Jim listened to what we wanted and gave us detailed plans. We left Jim to work with the house key and the dog so he could pop in and out to make a cuppa as we trust him 100%. Our garden still looks great the years on and is a little sanctuary to sit and have a glass of wine of wine in. My colleague saw pictures of my garden and had hers done too because we couldn’t recommend green village gardening services enough!

We are very pleased with our new garden. The garden faces the road on a new build estate, and the garden was totally unsuitable for the situation. We asked Jim & Sophie for help, using their knowledge and expertise they came up with a great plan. We wanted low maintenance, no watering and a fence to stop dog fouling. They sourced a fence in keeping with the property, and plants that will tolerate the windy/sunny/clay conditions. The result is perfect and we have received many compliments from passers by. Jim did an amazing job of designing and building our new garden to a standard that we were astonished when it was finished. I reached out to Danny to request a quote for a large hedge which needed some cutting back. Danny replied very promptly, came to view the job, quoted and arrived bang on time for the job on the agreed day. Danny and his partner worked solidly, carried out a grand job and left everything super clean and tidy afterwards. I was impressed with his work and will definitely be using him again in the future!

Dgs gardening services have completed a garden makeover for me completely cut back my whole garden fixed my broken fence with new posts and panels I was quite worried the price would be high due to the work but dgs come with the lowest quote out of 4 company's the work dan completed was better than I could of imagined I had no pressure of asking for a quote as they do a free no obligation quote the work is completed in a quick time frame I didn't have to wait long from the quote to the work being completed I would give more than 5* if I could I've gave Dan's number to friends and family you won't be disappointed I read through some of his reviews before contacting but I know I was making the right decision just from reading the first 5-10 reviews thankyou dgs and I look forward to having you back to complete more work
