I had been considering a custom made pergola at the top of the garden for a while. I wanted a robust chunky looking one but thought it may be outside my price range. I contacted Rob who came the next day to discuss my needs. He measured up talked me through the sizes of wood required for the main frame and advised on the number of rafters and spacing to get the look I wanted. He contacted me the next day with a very competitive quote which i went ahead with. I am absolutely delighted with the finished pergola. Its exactly what I had in my head. After contacting a number of companies for a porcelain tile patio, it was clear after meeting Rob that he best understood our wishes and requirements, and subsequently provided a very competitive quote. We had our front drive installed with a small lawn and our back garden redesigned with hard landscaping, pergola, patio, raised beds and new lawn. We had an idea what we wanted but Simons advice and suggestions really brought it together. We're really pleased with the outcome. The team of lads, Jack, Chris and Paul were with us for just over three weeks and they were professional hard working and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We missed them when they finished! They made it easy and talked us through each step of the transformation. Everything was precisely done and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We had great suggestions for planting from Simon and we're really looking forward to filling it with colour. We'd thoroughly recommend them.

We had a 9 week project with Beautiful Gardens to transform our rear wraparound garden. Due to the scope of the land - we needed a specialist in different levels and retaining walls. Simon gave us a design that utilised what we had already, fixed the ‘wrongs’ we had inherited with the garden to be put ‘right’ and gave us advice as to where to spend the budget to give us the best impact. On site, Simon, Tom, Paul, Russ, Graham, Jason & Teddy were very accomplished, professional, considerate and adapted to the unforeseen ‘surprises’ that came along during the project. All the team were polite and friendly and became almost ‘family’ by the end of the project. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending BG. We are so glad that we found them. Fantastic work in replacing my back door gate. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and with attention to every detail (like making the made to measure gate) for the opening which wasn’t square on both sides. Dgs gardening services have completed a garden makeover for me completely cut back my whole garden fixed my broken fence with new posts and panels I was quite worried the price would be high due to the work but dgs come with the lowest quote out of 4 company's the work dan completed was better than I could of imagined I had no pressure of asking for a quote as they do a free no obligation quote the work is completed in a quick time frame I didn't have to wait long from the quote to the work being completed I would give more than 5* if I could I've gave Dan's number to friends and family you won't be disappointed I read through some of his reviews before contacting but I know I was making the right decision just from reading the first 5-10 reviews thankyou dgs and I look forward to having you back to complete more work

Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service and totally professional from start to finish. From the initial survey and design plan by Jess and the reasonable quote from Lee. The brilliant customer service from Fiona and the girls in the office, the lads on site (especially Jamie) to the boss himself Lee. So pleased with the final outcome, exactly as the agreed 3D design and plan. The lads are so respectful on site and make sure everything is cleared away and made tidy each day and particularly on a Friday (for use at weekends) All I can say is you might get a slightly cheaper quote elsewhere but you will not get a better more professional job done for the price. Would definitely recommend using Impact Design. You won't regret it if you do...

We have just had the team from Impact working on our back garden and new drive...they have all been fantastic! The company is well organised and professional. Right from the start communication was good, (thanks Fiona) appointments were punctual, (thanks Lee) and all the staff we met were professional, polite and skilled, taking pride in their work, (thanks Liam, Daryl, Dale & Rob - apologies to anyone we've missed) The project ran to schedule and the team were very flexible when we asked for some changes/additions along the way. Pete installed sleepers behind a new drive that had been installed. A retaining feature to stop roots from the hedge imposing the driveway. From quote to install Pete was timely and completed the work to a very good standard. Not a massive job but Pete was happy to undertake the work and at a competitive price. Open to suggestions in discussing requirements and design and the finished product modernises the front of our house.
