âwe had a spontaneous trip to Ashbourne and this cafe caught our attention straight away. And so good we came there! I loved the decor, and menu offers so much more than a typical cafe. We had butternut squash on toast (looked and tasted great) , my partner had pancakes with bacon, breaded chicken with maple syrup.. sooo delicious! and coffee - that's another big STAR for amazing ones. I had a beetroot latte (rarely on the menu at most cafes) - it was perfect. We already planning to come back to Ashbourne in the summerâ

Hartington Farm Shop & Cafe
Unit 1 Mill Ln, Hartington, Buxton SK17 0AN, UK

âBest place in Hartington to get a quick drink, breakfast, lunch, sweet snack or do a little shopping. Previously only getting some products and gifts from farm shop, this time we stopped for breakfast (full English) and coffee. Mocha was really nice and served very quickly. We had t wait for breakfast but it wasn't more than 15 minutes. The breakfast was very tasty and the portion was definitely too big for me. The menu is decent, including the menu for kids, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Great cake display on the counter and very good prices (next time I'll try some of the cake). The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is converted farm, with lots of space. The shop is situated in front, the cafe in the back with plenty of tables. Local artists pictures are on the walls (for sale) which gives more character, the place is clean. What's also worth mentioning is that the farm shop won some awards and they source ingredients from local farms.â

âA great cafe in Tissington just off the Tissington Trail. The food was delicious but very filling, especially when cycling. I had the homily pie and my partner had the brie and red onion quiche both came fresh salad and colslaw. There's plenty of seating outside including under a teepee as well as inside. Nice clean toilets.â

âProbably the most dog friendly cafe we have been to, lots of dog treats and water bowels. The staff (all young) were great, really friendly and helpful.
