A wonderful place to stop for tea and cake or lunch! Fantastic cake, a lovely scone with clotted cream and good sausage and bacon baps. Loved the tea in proper china too. Such a picturesque place! X
Pampering my self with afternoon tea in a breezy winter day after walking around the village 🥶 Many tasty cake options you could find. I love the tea set they serve btw 😍 Hopefully there’ll be snow in the next following days so I can go back there…
Cosy, traditional tea-room in picturesque Tissington village. Sausage bap pictured was ordered on sight of others emerging from thr kitchen. Nice covered space in a Tipi outside and extra horse box counter there too.
A great cafe in Tissington just off the Tissington Trail. The food was delicious but very filling, especially when cycling. I had the homily pie and my partner had the brie and red onion quiche both came fresh salad and colslaw. There's plenty of seating outside including under a teepee as well as inside. Nice clean toilets.
It was a nice place to visit during these strange times . The toast and jam were lovely. Staff are nice and friendly. We love to visit the village of Tissington and, if possible, always have a stop at Herbert's Tea Room. There is a nice atmosphere with lovely pleasant staff. There is a menu at reasonable prices.
