Brilliant charity shop and Cafe. Staff here are super friendly and always smiling. Prices are absolutely fantastic as well, a testament to how good charity shops can be. More shops should operate like this one :)

Stopped in on my way to Roseberg from Portland. Usually do a stop at a fast food place just off the Hwy but passed up the usual spots. Glad I did! Service was quite pleasant, selection of menu items was great and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. Will return ..by by Micky D's Hello Blue Valley Bistro 😃

We were from out of state and we LOVED this place. Super tasty food, great drinks. Very friendly people. Strawberry crepes were 😍😍👌👌 I also loved the interior. Beautiful fresh cut flowers in vases, plants, paintings, cute jewelry and local honey to buy. Very nice little place, we will miss it.

It’s such a cozy vibe, definitely relaxing and comfy. Food was amazing, first savory crepe I’ve had and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Also the new fall latte is perfect for the fall vibe.

Excellent place at the beach. Parking can be limited but plenty seats and tables inside. Food was way above what I was expecting and service from the lady was above and beyond what you normally get at most places. Food was perfectly cooked and quality of ingredients was high. They also have a toilet here as well. Would definitely come back again. Well run and clean place.

We’ve just had another fortnight at Druridge Bay and so visiting The Drift Cafe was a regular activity. As usual it was fantastic, the food is excellent, the staff so warm and friendly we can’t fault it. To the people giving bad reviews based on the price, you really need to get out more as their prices are normal and reasonable. To the people giving bad reviews based on surly and unfriendly staff, I’m afraid that says more about you than it does about them. You get what you project perhaps if you go in there a little less demanding and entitled people would be friendlier to you, think about it.

We spent a lovely afternoon at the Drift Cafe in Cresswell. The staff were so pleasant and put up with us very fussy ladies, making sure we were happy. The homemade gammon broth and cheese and chive scones were delicious, highly recommended especially on cold winter days. Definitely worth a visit.

Went in and staff very friendly and helpful and patient. The food was delicious, had chips and cheese burger and it was better than McDonalds

Fantastic fish n chips we had mibi fish n chips and large fish n chips the mini was huge. Very well cooked the batter was sublime

First time in many years in this pub. It has changed hands since then. Clean and warm. Friendly and chatty publican. Very welcoming:) . Went in again for a couple of pints. It's a warm friendly place selling excellent Guinness.

It's one of my favourites and go-to pubs for a quiet drinking day. Very reasonable prices, very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Pool table, plenty of seating, some tasty food options available, occasionally get disco lights and live music. It also has a beautiful garden and smoking area in the back. It feels very heartwarming and is a totally different experience to most other pubs.

What a strange location for a pub. Would never know it was there if it were not in Google maps. Local pub. Down a little dead end street in the middle of a residential area. Was my first visit. Boisterous. Noisy. Bouncing. Friendly. Welcoming visit. Quick service.

First time here and the food didn't disappoint. The service was top notch and really friendly. Felt welcomed as soon as we entered. The only thing that ruined the atmosphere were the two gentlemen sat near us playing videos full blast on their phones. I have sensory issues and misaphonia, but it was manageable and not the fault of the place 🖤

It was really great. Very nice, simple but ideal for a light light and the coffee was sooo nice. Parking too. We'll worth a few more visits.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Had a tour around one of the caves with Sarah. Very knowledgeable, witty and great with all ages of the tour participants. Cafe was nice and all the staff seemed very friendly. Lovely walk around the Crags and what a view standing at the end of the lake. Simply stunning.

We visited Creswell Crags on a Saturday afternoon having booked the ‘Life in the Ice Age’ tour online previously. It’s a loverly area with a lot of good walking routes to try before or after the cave tour. The tour itself was approx 1hr long including walking to the cave from the visitor centre. The tour was very informative and our guide Sarah was on hand to explain live in the ice age and take questions on the subject. The cave while not being too big was decent enough to warrant the £15 per person cost (this also allows you access to the museum). Although we didn’t use the cafe, the food looked good and the prices were ok. All in all we enjoyed the half day we spent here.

Beautiful nature in a peaceful setting - there is much history to creswell crags. The walk around the lake is on flat even pathways suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. I've been many times at different times of the year and it's always different and always beautiful. They are currently clearing some of the overgrowth on Cragg's along one side of the lake but this doesn't affect visitors. You can see spring bulbs poking their heads through the earth and there are some fabulously large log piles around and many types of birds. Ducks on the water so take some seed or bread and they will come and feed a really relaxing place great for spotting wildlife in particular birds of prey and native plants also free to enter

Would highly recommend a visit, even just for the walks and nature. The history and knowledge of staff here is just a bonus. The cave tour is a must to really appreciate this historical site! Only downside for us was that the circular path was blocked off so you could only walk down one side of the water and we weren't informed beforehand. Otherwise a fabulous day out for all ages. Will be back to see The Witch Caves! (That were closed due to sleeping bars) 🦇

Popped in as visiting the Cresswell Crags. Lovely beer and chat with the landlady. Shared local knowledge of the Crags and the pit. Spoilt our dog too. Thank you.

Clean and tidy pub, great atmosphere with all the regulars enjoying good banter and the staff always join in. Live music, which has a good following in the village and brings in some brilliant nights packed to the roof. Live sports shown on all screens, which try to accommodate everyone's viewing, and finally the staff are some of the friendliest people you could wish to meet and do the amazing landlady proud

Wow, what a difference! Haven't visited for over 2 years and was really impressed with the huge improvements made. The pub is now spotlessly clean and bright and staff are most welcoming. Extra Real cider on tap was a bonus. Will definitely be calling again. Well done all x

A great community Pub, warm, comfortable and welcoming. Emily and Steve have given the Diamond a new lease of life with great live music, quiz nights, coffee mornings, mum and baby groups etc, the outdoor burger/pizza events are very good too. Ideal for Private functions. FYI: THIS IS A NUT FREE PREMISES

first time back since two years ago. the big improvement was the services. congratulation to the management. food were generally good but the beef stronganoff was a bit under size.. will be again. we went for afternoon high tea on 3pm, ordered arrow farm afternoon tea for two and farmhouse afternoon tea for one. the difference between these two is pork pie in farmhouse and cakes in arrow farm. the price is reasonable £10 per head. with that price you will not be disappointed.

First time of visiting been past it many times so finally got round to going in. Butchers looked good bought a couple of sausage rolls which i hope taste as good as they look 😋. Sells fresh fruit and veg, chutneys, jams ,eggs , frozen goods etc. Has a large spacious cafe , staff were friendly and helpful (i asked if i could have a ham salad sarnie as most of them had cheese and i don't like cheese and they did it for me) Wasn't too busy got straight in ,not a dirty table insight all cleared and wiped.

Lovely service Drinks prices ok but food expensive...4.50 for a bacon roll! Hummus flatbread hard to eat and would not recommend at all

Nicely positioned with lovely flower beds in the garden area. Outside seating, nice clean cafe and clean toilets 👍 The food , we had a bacon 🥓 cob and a toasted teacake good size and good portion of bacon 🥓 👍 we also decided to have some carrot 🥕 cake 🍰 😀 delicious. Would highly recommend this cafe.
