I have used Pestforce 3 times in the last 18months. The service is very reliable and helpful. We have always had a very responsive service, usually within a few days of requesting a visit. Also living in Dorset it is hard to get contractors to assist without us being at the property but Pestforce have been extremely supportive with regards to this. I would highly recommend them and contractor, Darren Cowley. Thank you.

Great job by Darren. He very quickly identified and eradicated a wasps nest with a report available within an hour of leaving site. No hesitation recommending Darren to those with "wildlife management" issues.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Gino arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and identified our problem very swiftly. Remedial action was undertaken immediately and two follow up visits ensured that everything was secured. I cannot recommend this service too highly - excellent attention to detail, clear explanations and timely follow up visits. We will not hesitate to call Gino again if the need arises!

Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Rang them at 10am spoke to Mark who was superb from the start gave me the detail and answers i needed. So rang back up booked it for next day very competitive price then he found the time to get to my house same day and my ‘wasps’ were gone when i got home!! Couldnt fault this company simply amazing service and should i ever need their help again i will 110% be ringing them.

Well, what a fantastic service! From the initial phone call me in hysterics, to the rapid response knock on my front door (15 minutes!) Mark was amazing, very personable, reassuring and had a good sense of humour. He talked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Yes, I’ve gave these two guys a five star review, I look at their previous reviews and a well deserved five stars. However, I rang up for their service, within a few hours they came, really lovely down to earth guys, felt comfortable around them, did a thorough job, excellent, however I was told in the next few days they would come to inspect (rat infestation] advised what to do, I was told to text with an updated they would come in the next few days to inspect, I was very happy, the inspection never happened, a fortnight later after still hearing scuttling behind my skirting boards and not daring to go in my loft to get the Christmas tree down, I text them say I was going to get another company in to check out my loft, ve never ever been scared of rats before but the one that I saw in my loft must of been on steroids, he was massive and it took a run at me, I was out of there, I didn’t ring anyone else, I’m going to deal with the problem myself, scared has I am they need going, can’t afford to pay anyone else, after the text I sent I did get a reply to say they would come out in the morning and sort it, being who I am I said no, don’t like anyone doing anything for me that they don’t want to do. Also I must mention that I have the most irritating dog ever and I’m pretty sure he was the reason I didn’t get a follow up, in their defense I had an Electrician come to give me a quote, he never came back either, good price if the job was complete, feel a bit ripped off

Highly recommend spire pest control.. these are the guys you need to get rid of any unwanted pests. Nothing is too much trouble, always reliable and on time and 100% amazing at their job. No matter what time of day I called for their help, they were always here the same day to put my mind at ease. They have continued to be in contact until the issue was resolved which was a huge reassurance for me and my family. These guys go above and beyond to help.. and I’ll always be forever grateful! Stu and his colleague have been absolutely fab! I spoke with Stu about a rat problem in my loft and he agreed to come out the next day. They examined areas where rats had been travelling and left poison where needed. Stu discussed the drain survey before doing this a few days later and was able to show me pictures and videos which identified the damage done by rats under my decking and evidence of how they were entering my property. They did a super job of fully sealing up the hole the rats had made and they provided with me further recommendations of how to repair other areas of damage so rats couldn’t find any further weak spots! They never rushed the job and allowed as much time as needed to do the job properly. They were determined to find the source of the problem and reassured me that they wouldn't give up and would sort it! 100% recommend.

We thought we had a potential wasp nest on the garden. Giulio came within 15 mins of calling him, took a look, explained there was no nest but just honey bees feeding on the tree. He was very informative and patient, would recommend him.
