Attended practice for private treatment of white fillings. Cost was competitive compared to others I had contacted. Calm and relaxed waiting area for patients. Dentist looked after me very well as I was nervous about my treatment. Staff at reception very polite and easy to talk with.

I cannot praise them highly enough. Smiling receptionists are very helpful. Dentists and assistants are very kind and patient. You are put at ease which can make visiting for treatment a pleasant and not a scary experience. Xx

Such friendly and reassuring staff. You are made to feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Excellent dental service, with modern approaches. All the treatments I have received have been pain free and fully explained. This is now the best dental surgery I have experienced and would fully recommend.

Excellent service and treatment particularly as I'd arrived 24 hours ahead of my appointment! They fitted me in anyway to save me going back the following day which I was grateful for as I'm disabled. Always received excellent service.

I have attended Chapel Dental Care for years and they have always been fabulous. I have just recently had a Cfast brace fitted and I am over the moon with the fast results! I recently had a dental implant at the front and I'm really pleased with the results. Ryan is lovely and very professional. The implant came and he wasnt happy with the colour match. So rather than just fit it, Ryan sent it back to have it amended. I wasnt pressured into just accepting the slightly different coloured tooth. I hated the temporary denture I had to wear in the interim, so Ryan made me a temp tooth whilst we waited for the implant to be amended. Would definitely recommend. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Never made to feel like a wimp (I hate dental work after years of trauma) and was constantly reassured. Thank you Ryan and all the team!

Not a fan of dentists, as I've had a few screw me over. These however, are worth every penny! They have certainly restored my faith in the profession.

I attended as an emergency in considerable pain from a cracked tooth. I am very anxious about dental treatment but felt completely at ease. All staff are incredibly friendly and Matt the dentist was very helpful. A temporary fix has alleviated my pain until my next treatment. Can’t thank you enough.

Wow! went to this "Cosmetic White Smiles" in Oakwoid Derby and had 3 teeth extractions out in one go today, 4th June 2025, and never felt any pain or discomfort. I couldn't believe how quick and thorough the whole procedure was.Very professional and the female dentist and her assistant, were so polite and curtious. I Highly recommend this Dental practise.I assure you that you will not be dissapointed!

I wanted to explore various options and combine teeth whitening on lower jaw - which also has a few irregular shaped teeth with crowding. I always am aware/mindful of the vibe of a place as that tells me a lot about the reliability of an organisation. My experience with Cosmetic White Smiles was exceptional. We discussed the issues, the options and methods that could be used - and crucially I felt the Dentist was fully present and deeply listened - I intuitively trust him. He watched and listened to ensure I understood his suggestions. Yep, I will be continuing to use Cosmetic White Smiles and I already have a course agreed and have my first two appointments booked to get the show on the road.

Having spent years avoiding any dentist my teeth present something of a challenge! Richard made me feel extremely comfortable. He was so thorough I felt that all my concerns were addressed. He was honest about the prognosis but left me feeling optimistic that with careful planning and following advice given , I will be able to manage my condition. I had a broken tooth and filling over Christmas, pain was quite bad so I called in on Thursday to see if I could be seen by a dentist. Appointment was arranged for today (Friday), George and his nurse were absolutely brilliant. Tooth filled and all sorted. Never felt the needle going in and no pain or discomfort from the drilling and filling. Fabulous service, wonderful people including Kate the receptionist. Professional service and the best outcome. Thank you GVDP, the best. I would highly recommend.

Great service at Dale Road Dental Practice today. Barely sat down before I was called in for my appointment. The staff are friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr Rae is always cheerful and has plenty to chat about, a thoroughly pleasant experience considering it's not one I ever look forward to, especially on a Monday morning! 😊

Having endured significant pain from one of my teeth, I was therefore delighted to request an emergency appointment, the following Wednesday was offered and taken. The decision was made extract the tooth, which was achieved under anesthetic, early days, but grateful for the speedy response.

Excellent service, and the receptionists and dentists are always friendly. The dentist always discuss the option before going ahead with the treatment, and also make sure that I am happy with it. The only downside to this practice is the parking space as it is too small, and it's very difficult to find space. Apart from that, great experience every time, so thank you.

Very happy with experience today as usual. Arrived early as unsure where I would get parked, but got seen pretty quick. Went for check up only, but ended up having 3 fillings which was great as next appointment now 6months away. Always find my dentist courteous.

Had my 6 monthly check up today and I must say I had the full works, Shahzad was very thorough indeed. Took the time to explain to me in detail what we was seeing on the xray and I felt very well informed and impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

I have been visiting this dental practice for a number of years now. As first points of contact, Nicky, Shane and Kathy, the receptionists are so kind and friendly. They go out of their way to put people at ease and to try to fit appointments to suit their patients. All of the dentists who have treated me have been excellent. I also visit the hygienist, Heather, who is highly professional with a very warm personality. She is extremely good at putting people at ease.

Absolutely fantastic dental practice. Extremely friendly and professional care from the moment you walk in. All of the reception staff and nurses are always so kind, friendly , helpful and professional. I always see Patrick and I couldn’t rate him high enough for what a great dentist he is, he is so kind, caring and professional. When I went to him after being at another dentist and I had a mouthful of problems and was very anxious, he put me at ease straight away and after a few procedures to fix my problems, where Patrick talked me through everything and was extremely professional, I experienced no pain at all, and he has restored my faith and trust in dentists! I now actually look forward to going to the dentist. My teeth are in the best condition they have ever been in and it’s all thanks to the awesome team at Oswalds dental practice. I also see Ellie the dental hygienist who is also fantastic and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and giving hygiene advise. My daughters have seen Lucy a couple of times and she too is very friendly, caring and professional. A fantastic dentists. Highly recommend. I have been with this practice many years, since well before it was St Oswald House Dental Practice. Despite changes of dentists and hygienists over the years, I have complete faith and trust in the teams. Receptionists are really friendly and really help in times of "tooth" trouble, so you get seen as quickly as possible. Love these guys , after smoking for years I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and it makes a huge difference , painless and always feeling fresh . Did I tell you about my lips.?? For the first time I have defined lips , just enough to give shape and detail it was skillfully done by Sam. Would definitely do again ... ps I'm a man who works in construction .

I turned up yesterday with a very painful and stolen face after getting no response on the phone. The staff were fantastic. It was a training day so they were closed but had no hesitation in taking me in and removing the offending tooth and sending me on my way with a prescription. Couldn't ask for more. Always a considerate and caring experience whether it be from Medeea or one of the fantastic hygienists. Routine check ups, occasional fillings and emergency appointments have always been carried out so well. Cannot fault the service… always with a smile and so conscious of my low pain threshold!
