I have previously used them for Electric car charging installation, I got an appt quickly and it was also installed quickly with no fuss. The company that came out before them were saying it would take them at least half a day due to the location of the electric point. But this company did the work in no time. Because of this we recently had a problem inside the house where all the upstairs electrics just cut off, so we called this company again, Rebecca who answered our call explained to us everything and arranged an appointment which was sooner then we thought, she was very professional not only did they fix the problem which wasn’t as straightforward as it seemed at first but they also were very professional and dealt with the issue as a matter of urgency, they were very considerate of our property and went above and beyond in fixing the issue as quickly as possible. I cant recommend them enough. They are the ones to call if you want stress free reliable service, and we would use them again if we had to.

I highly recommend Go Electric. Their customer service is up there with the best I have ever experienced. We had a Tesla wall-charger installed at our home. We got a quote from a few providers but this company stood out for us for the personal approach. Rebecca was super helpful at organising the installation and constantly liaised with us to ensure this was as efficient as possible. Jim and his colleague did a super quick installation and were very friendly and helpful. But the highlight in customer service is that after a couple of weeks the charger stopped working. Even though it was late on a Friday Rebecca was straight in touch trying to resolve any fuse box potential solutions. Jim came round on Saturday to investigate further. It turned out that the unit was faulty and Tesla admitted it was a warranty issue with the product and replaced it. Not without jumping the hoops. But again Jim was amazing and called them to get it sorted. Otherwise I'm sure we'd be ending up forking out for a new unit. Hopefully anyone looking for an EV charger installer will consider Go Electric in Dronfield. Honestly couldn't recommend them more highly.

Great company. Made the whole process really easy from start to finish. The survey was simple, only a few photos and details from my energy bill required. Rebecca was really helpful and the lads did a neat job and cleaned up well after. Can't fault them, highly recommend.

Had a charger fitted by them 3 years ago. Phones them up with a slight problem. Yesterday, next day they turned up and sorted it with 30 minutes. Fantastic customer service, if you need a charger look no further than them. Highly recommend. 👌👌
