Harry was just amazing from start to finish ! He arrived on time and just cracked on with the job ! He was polite, respectful and very hardworking! He replaced an outside power socket for me as well as an additional socket by my pond down my garden so I can have a fountain . On top of that he installed lighting in my garden… it looks amazing. I would certainly recommend Harry … he has done a brilliant job and he does other work too: fencing , plastering etc I have asked him to do some more work for me . Superb job …. thank you Harry !!!

My partner called Harry after damaging a ceiling light fixture whilst decorating, he came out within an hour of calling him and had the job finished quickly. From posting the job, to coming out to quote and booking us in, Murray is efficient and completes work to a high standard. We needed old garage electrics sorting with cables under the drive. After many failings of tradesmen over the years I was so relieved when we met Murray, we contacted him to fit an electrical socket outside for us and when he came to give us a quote I felt instantly comfortable around him, he is polite, professional and very helpful. Murray completed the job to a high standard and was very reasonably priced, we have since had him back to do other electrical bits around the house and we will certainly use him again in the future, once we move on to our next projects. Do not hesitate to hire this man, we will never use another electrician!

Patrick came out to my elderly Mum who was in great distress on New Year's Eve at 6pm! Everything fixed by 6.30. Reasonable prices and extremely professional. There was a storm and he even bought little waterproof socks to cover his wet shoes. Cannot praise him highly enough :)

Although he was extremely busy on the day I called him, he booked me in that evening, the work ended up being more than expected but Patrick was committed to see it through. Patrick recently did some work for me, after damage was done to some lighting in my house following a botched furniture delivery. Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

Having recently been flooded we were having trouble getting the insurance company to send out an electrician, so decided to call our own. Leighton from DES came out the next day, was clear about what needed doing and liaised with Western Power for us. When the utility company had fixed their equipment Leighton came out again when he said he would and got our power back on, checked all the circuits and advised us on what we could and couldn’t use. He was great at problem solving, very thorough and professional at all times. I would have no problem recommending DES to anyone.
