Visited Steph’s yesterday for a cut and again today for hi-lights. Would like to thank Shan for a lovely cut and reshape and Imogen for gorgeous hi-lights. They are both lovely girls and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Imogen was particularly helpful in trying to get me a nail appointment for when I was free but none were available this side of Christmas. I would highly recommend this salon - best in Swad!

This awesome lady has been my hairdresser for at least 17years. Nobody else is allowed to touch my hair! Tje whole team here are simply outstanding. They are calm, patient, understanding and they listen. Their sole focus is you when you are in their chair. No amount of words or awards can truly describe the service you receive here. Had the best experience! Went in this morning after not having my hair cut for around two years 😬 she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She asked about lifestyle before cutting and took into consideration that I had just had a baby so made sure that the cut I was getting would be maintainable with two small children. It was such a beautiful salon, amazing decor! Would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone!

Classy and calm from the moment I walked in the front door. I was met with warmth and kindness but what made the biggest impression on me was Danielle’s immense knowledge and patience with it. I walked in clueless with a hair style that was tired and boring- and came out feeling like a brand new, authentically ME, confident woman! I had a free hair consultation last week with Natalie . I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for . Ive found my new hairdresser and I honestly cannot recommend Natalie or the salon enough . 5* service , staff and outcome , Thankyou !!!

Had my hair and nails done for my prom a couple weeks ago. Shown a picture of what nails I want and got the exact same nails I wanted( past experiences haven't done the exact design). Absolutely love my nails especially because they matched my dress. And also got my hair done with 2 half braids and curls and it was the perfect image of what I wanted. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.

I came to Emma after not being happy with previous results elsewhere and i will be going to her forever now. She REALLY listened to my concerns and came up with a way to tackle it without having to start all over again. She took her time, communicated throughout to make sure i was happy and only uses the best products. Highly recommend!

It’s taken a long time for me to feel this comfortable with my lips. When I started to notice they were losing their collagen I panicked because I didn’t want ‘duck lips’ but Emma has guided me through the whole process and not tried to push me before I was ready and slowly she has created lips that I feel comfortable in. Regardless of getting older I feel more confident when I look in the mirror each morning….and not for anyone other than me. It’s not for anyone else….if it makes me feel good then I’m doing it. And knowing I have someone like Emma guiding me & not pushing me is just the best. Xxx

Had the most amazing experience, the studio was lovely and inviting. Emma was so thorough pre and post treatment and the best practitioner I have personally been to in terms of friendliness and quality of work, I had lip filler and it was pretty much completely painless and the outcome was the best lip filler I've ever had.

Had lip filler for the first time with Emma, I was apprehensive as I didn’t want them to look “done” just to plump out some fine lines from years of peace-pouting ✌🏽🤦🏽‍♀️. Emma was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgeable, she talked through my options and explained what she was doing and why at each stage. The treatment didn't hurt at all and the result is fantastic, exactly what I asked for! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her ☺️

I started getting my nails (hands and toes) done at Prestige recently. My experiences have been wonderful, Evie (who I book with regularly) does such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and conversation are fabulous, she's very punctual with her apportionment timings and was very welcoming to me as a new customer. Would 10/10 reccomend a visit 💅🏽 💅🏽 lots of colours to choose from also!
