I’ve had my hair done with the lovely Zenita twice now, and I would never go anywhere else, She’s so talented! The salon is an amazing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. Zenita listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and always does a better job than I could ever imagine ! I’d highly recommend true to zen, they’re a truly talented, gorgeous bunch !

I had my hair cut today by Ellaina. Not to be dramatic but it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I always leave salons feeling not 100% about my hair and end up chopping bits at home but here I’ve just had the best experience. She listened to everything I told her, and was very patient with me because I struggle socially (being autistic). She asked me multiple times if I was happy and I’m so glad she did because I will always say yes at first regardless, with her asking multiple times it gave me the opportunity to not try to people please haha. She gave me so much of her time and I am so grateful. Priced very reasonably as well. I’ve never found a ‘permanent’ hair salon because as I said before I always am not 100% sure about my hair but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so so much :))

I’ve been having my hair done with Dan for years and my hair has never looked better. I tried many other salons in the past and was never fully satisfied with the results. Embellish has such a nice atmosphere and always provides a top quality service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would never go anywhere else.

I booked me and my freind for her wedding makeup up had our hair and make done. We had the most amazing experience. Carrie and Sophie and the team were so lovely. They made every moment feel so special. Thank you for making my freinds day a lot more special.

Lily is so talented she always listens to what you want goes through inspo pics then tells you what’s realistic and what we can do. Her advice is always great my colour is 10/10. It helps that she is the loveliest human being too!

One Nine Three Hair and Beauty is the place to go! I always go for my eye brows to be done after preferring Jodie to do them before she had this salon. She is absolutely fantastic and her customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and all of the staff make you feel very welcome whenever you are in the salon. Yesterday was my first time having a facial done at One Nine Three and it was amazing! One of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going again for another one! 💕

Jodie always does my brows and lashes and does a fab job. Sam does my hair now and managed to tidy up a bit of a botch job for me! It also helps that they have a lovely range of hot drink options and are great people; I love the Harry Pooter decor too... It really is a lovely place to spend some time!

Thank you to Lauren for sorting out my colour, I’m so pleased with it. She gave me a consultation and booked me in the following weekend to sort the mess out (thank you Lauren!) Wow what a hidden Gem. Such a magical experience from the moment you walk through the door. I had a full body massage which I would highly recommend which was so relaxing especially with the ambiance of the room. The therapist was very calming and made me feel very comfortable.

Had an amazing night at the makeup masterclass. Sarah is an amazing makeup artist and made learning how to do my makeup easy and fun. I learnt new techniques and can't believe how amazing and flawless my look can be. We recieved a Goodie bag with lots of makeup treats. A glass of bubbly, cake, and step by step printout of the processes so we could take notes to go back on witch was extremely helpful. I would recommend this class to anyone. If your looking for a fun girly night you won't be disappointed x

Had my make up done twice with Sarah, both times she’s been brilliant. Friendly service and talked me through what she was doing. We also talked about outfit to make sure my make up would suit what I was wearing. I loved it on and felt amazing. Both times it has stayed on all day! Great, service!

Sarah did mine and my bridesmaids makeup on Saturday for my wedding. She came to my venue and was she was brilliant. Such a lovely person and the makeup was incredible. Had so many compliments throughout the day/night. Thankyou so much ❤

Sarah has been amazing from the very first message I sent enquiring about bridal make up, to the moment whe left the morning of the wedding. Sarah has been worth her weight in gold! Sarah did make up for myself and 4 others and even when hearing me say to my daughter I'll pop you some make up on soon, she got her in the chair to pop a little blush and gloss on her & my niece. All our make up looked stunning and throughout the morning was constantly checking to make sure we were all happy with the end results, even with a little touch ups hear & there never phased her. Thank you so much for making our face beautiful. Highly recommend Sarah for your big day!

I have my nails done by Amy every 3/4 weeks and they are 10/10 every time! Amy is lovely, chatty and listens to whatever it is you need. Her location is super easy to get to and the girls in the boutique are equally as lovely and welcoming.

Amy is brilliant! Always has time for you. Very discreet, extremely experience and genuinely lovely. I have been going to Amy for around 18 months & have never had a problem with my treatment & Amy is always keen on after care if you need it. Amy was the first person I found for my treatments when I first moved to Chesterfield & I haven't needed to look else where.

Couldn’t fault my service at all, Amy knew prior to my appointment I was a little nervous about my filler treatment today and couldn’t have put me more at ease. From start to finish Amy was super professional, talking me through all the steps, making sure I was okay and genuinely just being amazing. I am super happy with how my filler looks, natural but noticeable! Absolutely could not recommend the salon enough! Everyone is so warm & welcoming and it’s always such a lovely, bubbly place to go. I always get compliments on my hair and absolutely love it every time i go. My hair has grown to be much healthier & in the best condition it’s been since regularly using the salon for the last few years. I’ll never go anywhere else to get it done, it’s the best!

Been going to these guys since they were in the centre and they are brilliant. All the team and great, they are always friendly and honest about what will or wont suit you. There’s always a coffee and a chat and you feel like one of the family. They are also great with my teenage daughter who doesn’t like noise and being touched. My make things calm and understand she needs patience and understanding. Their cuts are always great and last for ages.

Love this lil salon! This rating is based on a few visits over the last year. Always been honest about what can and can’t do. Had the best wash and dry had in area here, best and most honest hair colour advice from Ellie and just had a fab cut that is exactly what wanted with Abbey. Affordable, reliable, honest, friendly, helpful. Having been to supposed top notch hairdressers in area that have ruined my hair for a top notch price tag, I’ll not go anywhere other than Claire’s again. Great job girls!

Me and my boyfriend come here for back massages primarily, Ellen is fantastic at what she does, prices are affordable, couldn't reccomend her enough! 😊 I've had many hair cuts here in the past from Ellie and Claire, also brilliant at what they do. Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. I love going to Aurora Beauty studio, all the girls are friendly and excellent at what they do. I’ve had lashes, nails, microblading and waxing and never had a bad experience. The studio is gorgeous and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Gemma and Becka are the loveliest people and will make you feel at ease with whatever treatment you choose, and I’ve got to mention Stanley, the resident Dachshund, take a treat and he’ll reward you with cuddles. I would totally recommend Aurora Beauty Studio.

You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!
