Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

Reanne is the most incredible hairdresser - she always creates exactly what I ask for even when I change my hair style and colour on a regular basis! Not only is she incredible at her job but she is such a lovely and kind person. She always makes me feel so comfortable and is incredibly genuine. I would never go anywhere else!!

After receiving various treatments at Angels Twelve I could not be happier with the results. From the moment you walk through the doors the environment is warm and welcoming. The staff are highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I would not go anywhere else for my treatments. Staff were very professional, but also super friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was wonderful, I had my hair dyed here and paid a great price for it. My mother had recommended this salon to me over other places she'd been to, and I can see why! I'd also recommend this lovely place to anyone that's reading.

Love this place. Not for my dad cut, but my kids wash/cut/style/extension things. Lucy is brilliant and looks after them so well. The coffee is also amazing! Highly recommended

No.10 Derby is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair dyed and cut by them twice now and both times have been wonderful. Staff are really caring. Prices are worthwhile. Hair has come out amazing both times.

What a lovely place to be in. I can't believe how very clean & welcoming this place is. It's has probably best rated toasty sandwiches and coffee in the whole town. BUT to top it all up, it has great hair saloon with very talented and professional staff. Well laid out, over three floors, the place has coffee on the ground floor with outdoor seating, hair saloon on other 2 floors laid out in 5 seperate rooms to give extra privacy and attention for customers. Great place to visit. Most certainly, I will come back as the freshly made toasty with a hint of baltic flavour is calling on my senses to enjoy it again. Highly recommended. It's worth a visit.

A fabulous experience at Makeover today! Usually I don’t enjoy getting my curly hair cut but today was so lovely. Millie clearly understands how curly hair is different and the whole process was relaxing, enjoyable and I learnt how to get the best from my hair. Had an amazing curl experience with Georgia! After struggling to find a stylist with the knowledge to work with curly hair in derby, I was so grateful when Sally approached me and let me know about the new curl service her salon was offering. I learnt so much about my curls and Georgia ensured I was using my Only Curls products correctly, teaching me new techniques. Would recommend to all- whether you’re just finding your curls or an expert in your routine. Will definitely be back for my maintenance cut!

I recently tried the keratin smoothing treatment and I am completely blown away. My usually frizzy fine hair is so shiny! I woke up with sleek hair (usually looks like a birds nest in the morning). I feel like I finally have the soft, silky hair I always dreamed of - thanks Georgia you have worked a miracle :)

I came to the salon just last week and had the most amazing experience with a stylist called Amy she restyled my hair to look like the picture that I showed her. I’m very happy with the service and the staff are brilliant. Also they do everything you could possibly imagine at amazing prices. I would recommend this place highly.

I would just like to say being able to have everything done under one roof is a blessing from the hairdressers to the beauticians. This place is a five star all rounder you can have waxing, massage, lashes, makeup ,nails, eyebrows, hair and much more to offer all all under one roof. This awesome lady has been my hairdresser for at least 17years. Nobody else is allowed to touch my hair! Tje whole team here are simply outstanding. They are calm, patient, understanding and they listen. Their sole focus is you when you are in their chair. No amount of words or awards can truly describe the service you receive here. Visited Steph’s yesterday for a cut and again today for hi-lights. Would like to thank Shan for a lovely cut and reshape and Imogen for gorgeous hi-lights. They are both lovely girls and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Imogen was particularly helpful in trying to get me a nail appointment for when I was free but none were available this side of Christmas. I would highly recommend this salon - best in Swad!
