Absolutely love this place! Always meets my expectations, staff are kind and gentle, always making sure you are alright. Great with autistic children and other disabled individuals. Prices are low for the great work done! Very LGBT and Race friendly too, very kind and good!

I absolutely adore this place!! They are all so friendly! As they have diverse customers, I feel so welcomed in this salon. I wanted an appointment so badly and regardless of how late I asked them, they still managed to give me a slot which I thought was so nice of them. I have really thick Indian hair and so whenever I go to the hairdressers I really dread it. But they managed my hair so nicely. Went in for a wash, cut, blow dry and styling. My wolfcut was tidied up so beautifully and in terms of styling a great job was done too. (I don’t know how to spell their names otherwise I would’ve mentioned) My hair needs to stay for Monday and I bet it will because it’s done so nice and tight. Of course everyone thinks of price when it comes to women’s hair and they do it best. The price is so reasonable, I only got charged £42 for all these procedures!! I will definitely be going again. Thank you to everyone once again :)

Went back for a restyle after having my hair shaved in support of Macmillan Cancer research 16 months ago. My stylist,Caitlin is amazing and made a fantastic job of my very fine hair and I have already booked my follow up visit next month. Would highly recommend this salon.

Amazing hospitality and service. The haircut was on point and definitely visiting again. Ella offered us amazing cocktails. The services was on point. She asked constantly what I actually wanted as it was my first hair cut with them. There free parking available right in front of the shop. Ambience and decor is very luxurious and prices are reasonable.

Brilliant hair studio, extremely neat and furnished to very high standards. Ella is a very experienced hair stylist who would go out all the way to create the look one may want. I have been a regular for overs year and the excellence gets better every time. She has styled my shoulder length hair to my current faded hair do. Brilliant location and free parking too. Seen Elda twice now and her gentle demeanor had me totally relaxed before the actual massage. The other staff have also been very welcoming. It has me wanting to regularly go and I intend to.

I had the body bliss packaged with Becky, and it certainly was blissful! She was so attentive throughout From foot soak and exfoliate To a wonderfully relaxing back, neck shoulder, arms and hand massage. Flowed by a luxurious facial. It was the perfect way to.start my Saturday. 90 minutes of pure pampering by Becky. I highly recommend booking in. Sam ☺️

What a lovely experience. Louise was so good. Listened to what I wanted, and gave options of what could possibly help me achieve this. I had an I peel signature face lift. Felt lovely and relaxed the whole time despite being quite nervous before I arrived as I’m not used to doing this sort of thing. Next I had my finger and toes nails done including a pedicure with Elda. Again a lovely experience and will certainly do again. I so recommend attending here for your beauty needs. I will certainly be returning.

I've been visiting Erika's Beauty for years now and have had a number of treatments including, gel nail manicures, the Brightening Facial with Joanna, lash lift with Erika and brow lamination with Aiko, Erika and Adelina. All the staff are professional, friendly and do an excellent job - they are perfectionists in their fields and I always leave the salon feeling fantastic! Biggest praise to Erika who I trust with my eyebrows - she always does an impeccable job with my brow lamination and I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. Adelina does a fantastic job of my lash extensions, her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to get the look I hope to achieve. I have been attending the salon for a few years now and I receive a first class service every time. If you’re thinking about visiting the salon you won’t be disappointed!

The new space is lovely. I went for my first pedicure (it was a gift) and I had Niamh (I think). She was great and did a fabulous job - I upgraded to gel nails which she liked and advised (again never had before). There are 3 spaces for pedicures to be done and they are quite close together so I would recommend putting your bag/stuff behind you on the seat and your shoes on the floor near the basin. The foot treatment and massage was really relaxing and the view of the Marina was gorgeous. I was offered a drink immediately when I got there which I appreciated as I hadn’t had my morning coffee, and everything was explained. Would definitely go back!

I had the most incredible visit today for my birthday - I was made to feel so welcome & special and the treatments were amazing too. The therapists were fantastic - I had an elemis full body massage, facial and gel pedi, so a full pamper, and I now I feel like a million dollars!

My pedicure treatment was with MilIe think her name was, softly spoken young lady. The lady I had was lovely and listened to my wants and pressure when massaging my feet. The treatment was amazing and those views were great! Highly recommend to friends and family. All three girls were lovely and chatty,when they could join in as me and my friends were talking but including the girls into the conversation too. Lovely treatment by some lovely ladies

I had an incredible experience with Becky! She gave me a lovely massage and facial. The pressure during the massage was absolutely perfect—just what I needed to relieve tension. The facial was equally outstanding, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Becky is professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. I left feeling very relaxed. Lovely midweek treat.

Had my hair and nails done for my prom a couple weeks ago. Shown a picture of what nails I want and got the exact same nails I wanted( past experiences haven't done the exact design). Absolutely love my nails especially because they matched my dress. And also got my hair done with 2 half braids and curls and it was the perfect image of what I wanted. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.

So happy with my first visit here. I was just passing by and popped in to enquire about a full head colour/ colours. I met the owner first, who dropped everything to welcome me and had a full consultation including skin and hair test. I was booked in with Cami, who specialises in what I was asking for. I was looked after really well on the day, all the staff were very friendly and offered tea! Cami was professional, knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic... couldn't ask for more. Not only was Cami friendly and funny, but I was kept in the loop as to what was being done throughout the process. The results are fantastic and I recommend this place to anyone 💗 Thank you!

I had a free hair consultation last week with Natalie . I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for . Ive found my new hairdresser and I honestly cannot recommend Natalie or the salon enough . 5* service , staff and outcome , Thankyou !!!

I started getting my nails (hands and toes) done at Prestige recently. My experiences have been wonderful, Evie (who I book with regularly) does such a wonderful job. Her attention to detail and conversation are fabulous, she's very punctual with her apportionment timings and was very welcoming to me as a new customer. Would 10/10 reccomend a visit 💅🏽 💅🏽 lots of colours to choose from also!

Had an amazing curl experience with Georgia! After struggling to find a stylist with the knowledge to work with curly hair in derby, I was so grateful when Sally approached me and let me know about the new curl service her salon was offering. I learnt so much about my curls and Georgia ensured I was using my Only Curls products correctly, teaching me new techniques. Would recommend to all- whether you’re just finding your curls or an expert in your routine. Will definitely be back for my maintenance cut!

This was my first time at Retreat and I was so happy with the service. I called every salon in Long Eaton and this one was the only one who got back to me. My hair was a mess but it was easily fixed: washed, trimmed, the weight cut out and blow dried in less than an hour. Vicky put me at ease super quick and made the whole situation seamless.
