My brother and his fiancé's wedding was planned for the third time this year on 30th July '22 and as fate would have it and on my 60th birthday. I live in Edinburgh and wanted to use a local hairdressers, however, had no idea where to go as my sister-in-law to be has had a guy visit her home to do her her hair for many years. I was recommended Kay & Co from a girl in one of my favourite clothes boutiques `Chic' in Ashbourne. Suffice to say, I felt instantly comfortable when I made my initial visit to the salon and met Kay, so much so that I made an appointment for a trial and an appointment for the actual day at that time. Kay and her team are absolutely lovely and amazing at what they do and would 100% recommend them. I'm only sorry that I don't have more photos of their wonderful colouring and hairstyling to share with you. They've now become my extended hairdressing salon and I look forward to using them on my visits to my brother and his new wife. xAngelinax Edinburgh

It was so lovely to meet Vickie. I’d messaged a few days before as was visiting the area for a few days and in desperate need of a massage. She managed to fit me in and I was very grateful. Her room and oils used were wonderful and the massage was just devine and exactly what I needed. I recently had a facial and a scalp massage with Vickie. I found Vickie to be a very pleasant and lovely lady. Her salon is scrupulously clean and very comfortable, professional yet welcoming. Vickie immediately put me at my ease and carefully assessed my needs before explaining the process and the products that she was going to use. I have various allergies and Vickie ensured that none of the products that she intended to use would affect me. It was reassuring to know that she had given extensive consideration to this and prepared well for my appointment. The treatment lasted 60 minutes and was very relaxing far exceeding all of my expectations. My skin felt so soft for days afterwards and looked visibly brighter. Although it did not miraculously remove 30 years of life from my face I certainly felt like it had! I would unreservedly recommend Vickie and suggest that you visit her Facebook page to choose which of her services you would like. Like me you may need to give yourself permission to be pampered and like me you will be pleased that you did. I will definitely be returning to Vickie’s salon sooner rather than later.

I've been going to Viva Hair & Beauty for a few years now and don't plan on going anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Friendly staff, who ensure you're well looked after. The staff haven't steered me wrong and I'm always happy with the results when I leave.

Had my and my bridesmaids wedding hair done here. Great service Leonie did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and stayed perfect all day. All the staff here were super friendly made our wedding morning super easy. Leading up to the wedding leonie rang to double check everything which was fantastic piece of mind for a bride. Really reasonably priced too.

I popped into KH Hair and received a very friendly greeting, so booked in for the following week. Kirsty did a fantastic job, chatted through with me before hand to ensure she got the finish/tone I was looking for, and even accommodated my cheeky request to use my own products to wash/condition afterwards. Such a wonderful experience. Treatments were so easy to book, everything is online and treatments are great value. I had a pedicure with Fliss and a pregnancy massage with Sharon. Both treatments were so relaxing! I didn’t know what to expect with the massage but Sharon made me feel so comfortable and really helped my back pain. Will definitely be back! Only problem was I felt so relaxed I didn’t want to leave!!

I got married this past weekend and hired Fliss to do the make up for me & my bridal party and Megan did all the hair styles. They were both amazing through the booking process & multiple trials as well as on the day. Not everyone had had a trial and they all were super happy with the final look, there was some changes over who was having what services done with some added and some taken out, both Fliss & Megan were super patient and helpful through the whole process. Cannot rate them both enough! Thank you so much.

Would highly recommend. My Mum and I have been having our hair done by Alex for years. He is so lovely and we are always really happy. I have recently started having waxing done at the salon. Sonia, Tanya and Olivia are all excellent and make it an almost painless experience.

Was very impressed by the one-hour facial that I got here. The team were very kind and welcoming, and accommodated all the skin-needs that I wanted! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good pamper!
