As soon as I walked in, Kirsty was bubbly, kind and ready to do whatever I wanted for my hair. I had a massive chop and she was so for it which I really appreciated as most salons are weary to do that. Chatted to me and made me feel so comfortable straight away as usually I’m quite shy. Talked me through some styles for the cut I wanted and if I wanted layers put through or not. She did amazing on my hair and I love it!!

Full star rating deserved, lovely welcome and a relaxing pampering experience. Not only did I walk out the salon feeling great I also felt confident with being able to maintain my new hair style with the helpful tips and styling advice from Kirsty.

Had a big chop today after a long time! A lovely atmosphere in the salon, and Steph was so sweet and friendly. She completely transformed my long, unruly curly hair, and is fantastic at her job as my hair now looks amazing, bouncy curls, and healthier than ever. I had such a wonderful experience

I have been at this hairdressers for years. When Sophie arrived I began to book in with her and I have never looked back. I have booked with her for various treats from dry cuts, wash and blow dry, balayage and some highlights. Sophie consistently creates the look I love and is always willing to give her opinion and advise. Despite me booking in often late or with short notice Sophie is always going out of her way to accommodate me. I would highly recommend booking in with Sophie as we always have lovely conversations and a laugh every time I go. Thank you so much for working your magic every time. I’ll be back soon🥰xx

After having my usual hairdresser leave the industry and a series of hair disasters to follow, I recently booked in with Alicia for a full colour correction. I cannot fault Alicia, she worked wonders on my hair after hating it for months. She is professional, knowledgeable, realistic and honest in what can and can’t be done. Following my second appointment with her, I finally feel like myself again and I can’t thank her enough. I love my hair colour, cut, and the Aveda colours and products have my hair in great condition.

Another fab visit! Stacey is awesome. She really listens and adds valuable input throughout the cut & colour process. Highly recommend!

Can't fault our first experience at Salon 40. My daughter knew what she wanted, she said her hairdresser was polite and helped her with getting the desired result. My daughter is already excited for her next cut.

Visited Steph’s yesterday for a cut and again today for hi-lights. Would like to thank Shan for a lovely cut and reshape and Imogen for gorgeous hi-lights. They are both lovely girls and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Imogen was particularly helpful in trying to get me a nail appointment for when I was free but none were available this side of Christmas. I would highly recommend this salon - best in Swad!

Lovely salon, friendly staff, I won't let anyone but Millie touch my eyebrows and lashes now! She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and one of the nicest girls!

Tonight I have had the most relaxing pampering by Lilly, I have had a gorgeous foot massage along with all the treatments for my feet and then gel nails that is a gorgeous sparkling blue , then my nails done wow they look wonderful in a lovely sparkling red , so happy . I would recommend you to visit this gorgeous place and relax in the beautiful decor with lovely friendly staff who welcome you like an old friend . I now want so many more treatments . Booked again for 2 weeks can’t wait just to go back ! Not great pics on my part and doesn’t do them justice . Book up get yours done soon !

I first went to Enhance looking to start my skin prep for my wedding day. I started with the skin pen but now have become a regular having other treatments too. Liv is so lovely and knowledgable and has worked wonders on my skin! The clinic / salon itself is so beautiful and relaxing - if you haven’t already you should check it out!

I recently had my first Reiki session, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. For 45 minutes, I lay on the treatment bed, completely relaxed as Kay worked her energy. Afterward, she shared her observations and insights with me, and I was amazed by how accurate she was. Kay highlighted areas I could work on, offered guidance to improve my well-being, and pointed out things I might be holding onto. Her insights resonated deeply. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend anyone curious about Reiki to experience a session with Kay!

Enhance Medical Aesthetics Clinic are just the best by far. I have been coming here since the day their doors opened. I have never been to a more welcoming beautiful place, inside and out. Set in stunning private grounds. My experience is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of. The ladies Jo and Liv are just lovely and the treatments are fantastic. The products are luxurious. You feel like a pampered queen when leaving. I would highly recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I have mobility issues and the staff were so helpful. They made the whole experience relaxing. I was offered a drink as soon as I was ready. I had a very relaxing pedicure my feet feel and look amazing. I would recommend The Treatment rooms in Tutbury as all the staff are very professional yet kind and friendly.

With my usual therapist poorly I expected to have to reschedule another day, but I was accommodated perfectly with the lovely Gracie. She was just as excellent as Imogen and as always I was pampered and looked after in style!! Wouldn’t consider anywhere else… all work so hard, salon is clean and hygienic, each and every therapist is fabulous. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have visited this fantastic place since I turned up on Diane’s doorstep in a state 20 years ago. My hairdresser at the time was not doing me any favours and I was taken in and every effort made to get my hair back on track. Since then the salon has developed into the Crich Hair and Beauty that we all love and know. Try it and see you will never be disappointed I promise you.

Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.
