I hadn't had my hair cut professionally for over 3 years due to anxiety and having previously had some truly terrible haircuts. However, I decided to be brave and book in at Arvy's for a trim as my hair was becoming increasingly more difficult to work with. Unfortunately, I can not remember the name of the lady who cut my hair, but I can say she did an absolutely amazing job. She was very patient with me and walked me through exactly what she was doing, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My hair feels much healthier, and it looks a million times better than it had when I went in. I will absolutely be coming here from now on!!

I had Jorge give me a cut and blow dry. I love my hair. The only other staff was Debbie. Both of them were so lovely. I will definitely be booking with Jorge again and would highly recommend him. Before and after. Best I could get.

This awesome lady has been my hairdresser for at least 17years. Nobody else is allowed to touch my hair! Tje whole team here are simply outstanding. They are calm, patient, understanding and they listen. Their sole focus is you when you are in their chair. No amount of words or awards can truly describe the service you receive here. Wonderful place to get your hair done!! Also does eye brows and eyelashes and nails! The sauna at the back is fantastic to hire for a special day out too! Hopefully as soon as yhe sauna solarium is up and running again i will be there!!×

Very quaint spa but a lovely way to spend a few hours. Comprises of small hot tub, 1 steam room, 1 sauna and 2 foot spa's. Massage was lovely but masseuse's phone went off during which was a bit distracting. Young apprentice was very welcoming and does a great blowdry. Would go again.

Went for a 3 hour spa session with mum and it was wonderful. From the moment we got there we found the staff warm and friendly with none of the snottiness you find in a lot of places. Whilst there we checked out the prices of some of the treatments we are interested in and found the cost of everything more than reasonable. Will definitely be visiting quite frequently in the future.
