I recently had a cut and blow dry, and I can't recommend this salon enough! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my hair done by Evie, who was calm and caring throughout the entire process. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel completely at ease. I was even offered a drink, which added a nice touch to the experience. Evie treated my hair with great care, and I could tell she knew what she was doing. My hair felt much softer, well-cut, and beautifully designed by the end of the appointment. She also gave me some great advice on how to keep my hair healthy and nourished, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Brilliant! I highly recommend this salon. Karine restyled my hair for me yesterday, and I could not be happier. I do not usually go to the hairdresser's; I dislike it. However, Karine was so friendly and knowledgeable that I immediately felt at easy. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted, she explained all the possible options for my hair type, and she walked me though everything that she was doing. Such a welcoming friendly place. I am a man who has very curly hair and came for chemical hair straightening. Left with long, sleek straight hair and couldn't be happier. The girls are so helpful when giving advice for someone like me who didn't have a clue how to look after long hair properly. Very satisfied with the service and results. The salon is a lovely boutique style salon in Kent. On arrival, you are welcomed by the lovely staff. Very attentive and can’t do enough for you. They are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a delicious latte along with a lovely chocolate cake. Maria was amazing, so friendly and I absolutely loved my scalp treatment and my waves - just what I wanted. I’ve booked again and decided to upgrade my blow dry to a Keratin straight blow dry to reduce the frizz before my holiday. Recommended by Maria. Thank you so much, a real treat and can’t wait to go back next week 😀

This is the third time I've done a keratin treatment on my hair with Adele, she is great and very professional, this last time I asked for a bit of change with a bayalage and she understood what I was looking for. I have a very fine hair and it's been 12 years that I haven't asked for any treatment or colouring in my hair as I was very carefully with my hair but I think if you go for good treatment or less harmful colouring and of course if you are in the right hands your hair will still healthy. Definitely recommend as well get good brands for shampoing your hair as well to keep it hydrated and healthy ☺️

A range of complementary beverages to choose from and a relaxing massage chair whilst having your hair washed .My stylist Maria is very personable and always delivers a great cut and blowdry. Occasionally she’ll curl it too if I ask which is amazing. Looking forward to having hair colour done next month 🤩

Kirsti is professional, friendly and really did a fantastic job. Her treatment rooms are very clean and the decor sets the tone for a relaxing ambiance. My skin feels so refreshed and looks really radiant after my first facial. She also really tailors each treatment to your needs (for me it was helping clear my skin of a lot of clogged pores and evening out my skin tone). Also had a 30 minute back massage after as she luckily was able to squeeze me in and honestly really pleased with the quality. Again she ensures you are happy with the pressure she puts and is open to adjusting accordingly to your preference. It was probably the best massage I've had because of this so I definitely recommend her services as they are of a high standard and well worth the money !

My husband and I have both had appointments at Brampton Beauty Retreat in the last few days. I had a gel polish manicure with Jayde and I love how my nails look. Jayde was so gentle and I was really impressed that no electric tools were used throughout the whole process - a completely different experience to what I’ve been used to in other places, where I’ve been caused actual pain and really not enjoyed it. Today my husband had a neck, back and shoulder massage with Kirsti and he is absolutely floating on air - he loved it and hasn’t stopped talking about it! He is so relaxed from Kirsti’s ‘magic hands’ that he’s had to go and have a bit of a snooze. The salon is spotlessly clean, comfortable and a really relaxing space. And the therapists are so friendly and welcoming. An absolutely fantastic find and we both can’t wait to go again!

What can I say? Delighted to have found this goldmine. Tastefully decorated which is so welcoming. I was greeted by Kirsti, my therapist today. She was so warm and friendly, I was immediately put at ease. I have had a full leg wax many times in the past, but never this thorough. And the after wax cream application was amazing. I really can not recommend this salon highly enough to anyone who values excellent service at favourable prices. I shall be booking more appointments for other treatments in the very near future. Had a lovely luxury pedicure here this week. Nice treat for me and my mum, we could have our treatments together at the same time which was nice. Jayde and Camilla were very friendly and both gave us a fantastic pedicure with callus peel. We will definitely be coming back thank you so much our feet feel lovely!

First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW. The salon is a very calm, relaxed environment and it’s evident how much effort the whole team puts in at Dontev to make it an excellent experience for every customer during their visit, which is a dying art – so bravo Team Dontev for flying the flag for excellence in customer service. I’ve been going to Dontev for a couple years now and every time April does my hair and it comes out lovely. I get my hair coloured blonde it is always just what I asked for. All the staff are amazing and create such a lovely atmosphere for the salon. Couldn’t recommend enough!
