Sue has cut my daughters hair twice and both times it was done beautifully. Made her feel very special and pampered "like a Disney princess" apparently. Excellent value for money and great service

I have used this hairdresser's for year's. Karen the owner is brilliant so friendly and welcoming she does fair prices, has a great location with parking. I have a lovely lady called Caitlin who is a fantastic hair stylist she always does a superb job nothing is too much trouble. Love this salon would definitely recommend 👌🏼 😍

Absolutely love this place! Always meets my expectations, staff are kind and gentle, always making sure you are alright. Great with autistic children and other disabled individuals. Prices are low for the great work done! Very LGBT and Race friendly too, very kind and good!

Went back for a restyle after having my hair shaved in support of Macmillan Cancer research 16 months ago. My stylist,Caitlin is amazing and made a fantastic job of my very fine hair and I have already booked my follow up visit next month. Would highly recommend this salon.

I absolutely adore this place!! They are all so friendly! As they have diverse customers, I feel so welcomed in this salon. I wanted an appointment so badly and regardless of how late I asked them, they still managed to give me a slot which I thought was so nice of them. I have really thick Indian hair and so whenever I go to the hairdressers I really dread it. But they managed my hair so nicely. Went in for a wash, cut, blow dry and styling. My wolfcut was tidied up so beautifully and in terms of styling a great job was done too. (I don’t know how to spell their names otherwise I would’ve mentioned) My hair needs to stay for Monday and I bet it will because it’s done so nice and tight. Of course everyone thinks of price when it comes to women’s hair and they do it best. The price is so reasonable, I only got charged £42 for all these procedures!! I will definitely be going again. Thank you to everyone once again :)

I was recommended Blend salon by a friend and took the opportunity to visit recently and was very impressed with the service. Ella is a highly professional, knowledgeable, made you relax in a warm, comfortable and stylish environment. I had a consultation followed by a facial and shoulder and hand massage. My face was noticeably cleaner, smoother and glowing post treatment. I have had a number of facials over the years but this made a noticeable and long lasting difference. I am looking forward to my next appointment, which I will be booking monthly with Ella moving forward. All of the staff that I met are really professional and considerate, I would highly recommend this salon. 心

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I would highly recommend Erika’s Beauty. Zoe is amazing and works magic with my hair! She takes the time to listen to what I want, offers professional advice and always takes time and care with my highlighted hair. Erika offers excellent and professional skin care advice. As someone who was nervous about having some treatments I was very quickly reassured by Erika’s knowledge and expertise. I first visited Erika at her old salon in 2019 to have my eyebrows micro bladed and also powder brow mixed which have lasted over 5 years. I visited Erika again last week in December 2024 to get a touch up of powder brow and slight micro blading and I couldn't be happier. She is extremely talented and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable in her beautiful salon. The aftercare was explained very well and I have received many lovely comments since having them done. I will certainly visit again in the future for more treatments and my eyebrows done again.

Had an amazing curl experience with Georgia! After struggling to find a stylist with the knowledge to work with curly hair in derby, I was so grateful when Sally approached me and let me know about the new curl service her salon was offering. I learnt so much about my curls and Georgia ensured I was using my Only Curls products correctly, teaching me new techniques. Would recommend to all- whether you’re just finding your curls or an expert in your routine. Will definitely be back for my maintenance cut!

Altho I live in Sawley I travel to Derby to get my hair done and have done for the past 5 or so years, I found this salon in Derbion called class act, it was a walk in service so ideal for me who decides things on the spur of the moment, anyway they moved out of Derbion just outside near the Ram and were rebranded Abby Sillah hair as Abby is now the owner. They are around average price for a cut and blow dry £25-26 and are now appointment and walk ins. The two stylist I use are Karon or Simon if Karon is away as they both cut my hair how I like it.

I use abby silah to get my nails done and can not fault spider... However I found Nicki when she worked at top cut (opposite the old corning pasty shop in the derbion) when she told me she was moving there i was pleased.. I cannot fault Nicki, all I doo is sit in nickis chair and she knows exactly how much I need cutting off my hair and for this exact reason I will never go to anyone else.

We took our son for his first haircut here - my wife already goes here regularly and is always happy. Mark was brilliant with our boy who loved his first haircut experience. I love the team at Blues. They're so welcoming, kind and caring, as well as great hairdressers with great intuition for style and a great product range. I've always left with a big grin on my face and a spring in my step but, since having a baby, I've realised how much I value their service. Mark and the team can't do enough to help, from providing a private, comfy room for me to feed the little one, to passing him around while I enjoy some much-needed me-time. The services and prices are really competitive, too. Can't recommend Blues highly enough!

Had my hair and nails done for my prom a couple weeks ago. Shown a picture of what nails I want and got the exact same nails I wanted( past experiences haven't done the exact design). Absolutely love my nails especially because they matched my dress. And also got my hair done with 2 half braids and curls and it was the perfect image of what I wanted. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.

So happy with my first visit here. I was just passing by and popped in to enquire about a full head colour/ colours. I met the owner first, who dropped everything to welcome me and had a full consultation including skin and hair test. I was booked in with Cami, who specialises in what I was asking for. I was looked after really well on the day, all the staff were very friendly and offered tea! Cami was professional, knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic... couldn't ask for more. Not only was Cami friendly and funny, but I was kept in the loop as to what was being done throughout the process. The results are fantastic and I recommend this place to anyone 💗 Thank you!

I had a free hair consultation last week with Natalie . I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for . Ive found my new hairdresser and I honestly cannot recommend Natalie or the salon enough . 5* service , staff and outcome , Thankyou !!!

Have had my hair cut at Sellek for over 25 years. Not only guaranteed a great haircut by very experienced stylists but staff are incredibly friendly and make young and old feel very welcome. The fact many staff have been there for years reflects the lovely atmosphere of the salon. Would highly recommend!

It's great to have such a fantastic salon locally. Carrie never fails to provide an excellent cut, ideas and advice. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and the customer service is excellent. I cannot praise this Hairdressers enough, they are kind and very helpful, I popped in this morning, having had a haircut last week but felt I needed more bulk cutting out( Very thick unruly hair) and Adam the owner could not have been more helpful, he booked me in on the afternoon took another half an hour making it right for me.
