Have been going to Kristian for many years. Not only is he an excellent stylist, he runs a very professional business and staff are well trained, kind and a pleasure to be with. Would thoroughly recommend.

Full FX is an absolutely wonderful beauticians! All the ladies (Kay, Abbie, Robyn & Beth) are so lovely & welcoming. They always greet you as you walk in and make an effort to talk to, and get to know you. I’ve had countless treatments from gel nails to lash lifts to microneedling, all of which are done to perfection. For my skincare, Kay recommends treatments and products for my skin-type and that will benefit me. I would 100% recommend Full FX!

I went into Full Fx for my wedding nail trial, eyebrow lamination and dermablading. Robin did an amazing job with my nails and was able to help me make colour and style decisions. Robin also did a great job with my eyebrows and it was so relaxing. Abbie did a fab job with my dermablading. It was so nice to have a fresh and relaxing facial in a lovely beauty salon.

Genuinely cannot rate this place high enough. Hands down the nicest and friendliest salon I’ve ever been to. I struggle a lot socially and going to new places but the second I walked through the door and sat down I felt nothing but at ease. Went to Beth for my nails 3 times and she really just took the time to listen to what I wanted and was just genuinely a lovely and friendly person, all the staff that I met are to be fair. Needless to say Beth is also extremely good at what she does and you can tell she thoroughly enjoys it! I’ve never been so excited to go back to somewhere to get my nails done!! Shame I have to move away but will definitely be driving down to get my nails done again where possible, so worth it. THANK YOU ❤️

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Had my and my bridesmaids wedding hair done here. Great service Leonie did my hair and it was absolutely perfect and stayed perfect all day. All the staff here were super friendly made our wedding morning super easy. Leading up to the wedding leonie rang to double check everything which was fantastic piece of mind for a bride. Really reasonably priced too.

Always feel relaxed knowing I'm not going to end up with hair I will need to wear a hat to hide for the next visit. Always listen to what I want and happy to suggest what might look nice. Had my hair done by Izzy and had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I’m disabled so I struggle with certain things but everyone here was more than happy to accommodate and even prompted me when I was too shy to ask for something. My hair came out absolutely beautiful but did fade rather fast, I contacted Izzy and she was more than happy to sort out my hair, she did this free of charge and now I have the hair of my dreams and I feel so much more confident. Thank you to everyone at Alta, I will be coming here from now on 💖

I have visited this fantastic place since I turned up on Diane’s doorstep in a state 20 years ago. My hairdresser at the time was not doing me any favours and I was taken in and every effort made to get my hair back on track. Since then the salon has developed into the Crich Hair and Beauty that we all love and know. Try it and see you will never be disappointed I promise you.

My first time having a treatment. I had a lash lift and tint, also a brow wax and tint with Sammie. She was very professional, it was a relaxing experience and I was pleased with the result. Will be booking again.

As always Sammie is wonderful. She always listens to what you want done, never rushes you at all. I love coming to see her every 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

I will admit I was nervous at first, but Claire's knowledge and understanding is first class. Had my nails done with The Gel Bottle by Sammie, as well as an Environ facial also with Sammie. A fantastic experience. My nails are beautiful: the colour is sumptuous and they feel amazing. The facial was again amazing. Lovely quiet room, lots of care and attention. My skin was extremely thirsty and I received excellent advice on skin care from Sammie.
