My nan had a barrel changed yesterday and my nan's carers used the lock three times and then it jammed and stuck closed. Access Now locksmiths were on site 20-30 minutes after I called up and that slight delay was due to me not sending the address promptly, due to receiving phone calls. The diagnosis was the previous day the prior installation had left debris in the lock, which had jammed the cam and then installed the barrel on an angle, which meant that this was always going to happen sooner or later. The debris was removed, the angle on the barrel was remedied and now the door functions as a door again. I was fully expecting a bill in the hundreds and genuinely shocked, in the best possible way, at the cost of both attending and fixing the situation. I would highly recommend this company for service, speed and cost.

Phil is absolutely fantastic. First of all he managed to attend at extremely short notice, late on a Sunday evening, to gain entry to our guest property with a failed smartlock whilst I was away. He gained entry within about 15 minutes and provided a permanent repair solution for our guest to continue using the property unhindered. He also sourced for additional parts so that the smartlock can be reintegrated without issue. An absolutely genuine and honest man and wonderful to chat with. Having had a very complex door lock mechanism that had jammed solid and rendered the door inoperable I found Phil on Google. and firstly what a lovely and decent person he is. Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that he is highly experienced in his profession. He not only released the door but then had to repair the full length mechanism as no spares were available. The guys is a genius and a credit to the locksmith community.and. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who has a lock problem with their property.

Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. Excellent outcome from a nice guy and tradesman.

Most recently he responded super quickly to an attempted break in, made good the damaged lock, and then went above and beyond to replace the lock and add additional security. Adam has just left , he turned up on time and did above and beyond to fix an issue with my door . Fitted 2 new high security locks and adjusted my doors. Talked me through the new locks and registration process and was very clean and tidied any mess up. Really helpful & polite. Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️

I was tired of people using my drive to turn round, I didn't want to erect gates so after some investigation I decided to get Shefflock to install two retractable bollards. They (Blakey) carried out a quick and professional job. Arrived exactly on time as planned and completing on time. Highly recommended .

I needed some simple locks fitted on internal doors and Jamie recommended these Euro style thumb turn deadbolt locks. They are just the job and Jamie's workmanship was excellent. Each lock comes with three keys. Use the key on the outside of the room, the thumb turn is on the inside of the room. Perfect!

Blakey came out and fitted our free window locks that was under the offer on Facebook. We also had an extra 2 pairs of locks fitted on our other window. He was really friendly & helpful. He arrived slightly earlier than the slotted time which didn’t bother us in the slightest. He removed all rubbish & cleaned up any bits that dropped onto the floor. Would highly recommend Shefflock for all services. We’ve previously had our locks upgraded by them also.

On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service.
