After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. My nan had a barrel changed yesterday and my nan's carers used the lock three times and then it jammed and stuck closed. Access Now locksmiths were on site 20-30 minutes after I called up and that slight delay was due to me not sending the address promptly, due to receiving phone calls. The diagnosis was the previous day the prior installation had left debris in the lock, which had jammed the cam and then installed the barrel on an angle, which meant that this was always going to happen sooner or later. The debris was removed, the angle on the barrel was remedied and now the door functions as a door again. I was fully expecting a bill in the hundreds and genuinely shocked, in the best possible way, at the cost of both attending and fixing the situation. I would highly recommend this company for service, speed and cost.

Having had a very complex door lock mechanism that had jammed solid and rendered the door inoperable I found Phil on Google. and firstly what a lovely and decent person he is. Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that he is highly experienced in his profession. He not only released the door but then had to repair the full length mechanism as no spares were available. The guys is a genius and a credit to the locksmith community.and. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who has a lock problem with their property.

Phil is absolutely fantastic. First of all he managed to attend at extremely short notice, late on a Sunday evening, to gain entry to our guest property with a failed smartlock whilst I was away. He gained entry within about 15 minutes and provided a permanent repair solution for our guest to continue using the property unhindered. He also sourced for additional parts so that the smartlock can be reintegrated without issue. An absolutely genuine and honest man and wonderful to chat with. Phil provided my partner and I an "above and beyond" service - literally! He not only machined keys and replaced locks with less than a day's notice for a non-emergency callout job, but he gave sound advice re security and other aspects about our home. Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Total recommend!!! I rang about trying to get into my van as I need to get to my tools as I had lost my keys, he asked for a couple of photos to se what he was dealing with and within half an hour he was here, he knew what he was doing and within 20 minutes I had access, very professional, very polite and a VERY good price 100% recommended. I called Richard yesterday evening at 8.30pm as we needed a front door lock replacing urgently. He arrived super quickly within 15 minutes & took apart the old lock & changed it to a new one speedily & efficiently. He was a lovely guy & was really patient with my disabled cousin who's house it was to make sure he could use the new lock easily & was happy with it.
