Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough from first phone call to having my keys made Ash couldn’t do enough to help kindness isn’t a thing of the past this young man had it by the bucket loads even carried my heavy bags in for me very reasonable pricing some of the quotes I had was so high he’s my go to guy 10/10

Having had a very complex door lock mechanism that had jammed solid and rendered the door inoperable I found Phil on Google. and firstly what a lovely and decent person he is. Nothing was too much trouble and it is clear that he is highly experienced in his profession. He not only released the door but then had to repair the full length mechanism as no spares were available. The guys is a genius and a credit to the locksmith community.and. I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who has a lock problem with their property.

Phil provided my partner and I an "above and beyond" service - literally! He not only machined keys and replaced locks with less than a day's notice for a non-emergency callout job, but he gave sound advice re security and other aspects about our home. A brilliant engineer - would highly recommend.

Phil is absolutely fantastic. First of all he managed to attend at extremely short notice, late on a Sunday evening, to gain entry to our guest property with a failed smartlock whilst I was away. He gained entry within about 15 minutes and provided a permanent repair solution for our guest to continue using the property unhindered. He also sourced for additional parts so that the smartlock can be reintegrated without issue. An absolutely genuine and honest man and wonderful to chat with. The latch on my nine year old's bedroom door-handle broke, leaving her trapped inside. I called Phil at around 8:15am, he answered immediately and gave some really helpful, practical advice with a technique on how to release the latch. It worked a treat and we had her out in time for school, didn't cost us a penny and no need for the fire brigade (that would have been my next port of call!).
