Got in touch after finding them on google they were quick to come and provide a quote for the work and really knowledgeable when explaining what the issue was and how they would fix it. Once fixed they gave me all the reassurances I needed, specifically about what could happen and to get in touch with them if there’s any issues. Fantastic to deal with and will be using them in the future for any of the services they offer.

Fantastic service, arrived within 20 minutes of call out (no call out fee) Explained all costs before starting work, and even thought the job proved more complicated than at first thought didn’t charge any extra. Went the extra mile and explained everything at every stage of the job. New lock looks high quality and feels a lot more sturdy than the one it’s replaced. Sam was polite, courteous and tidy and professional at all times. Would definitely recommend!

Managed to lock ourselves out. Sam was with us within 30 minutes of our call and we were back in the house in 20 minutes. Prompt, professional service. Would certainly recommend.

We had issues with our front door lock one evening , we looked at reviews as not had to use a locksmith before. Sam had great reviews so we called him. He arrived within 30 mins , he had to change the barrel. It was 9pm at night and I thought the replacement lock with 3 keys was very reasonable. I was so impressed I passed his number onto friends that were looking for a locksmith

Cannot recommend this company highly enough from first phone call to having my keys made Ash couldn’t do enough to help kindness isn’t a thing of the past this young man had it by the bucket loads even carried my heavy bags in for me very reasonable pricing some of the quotes I had was so high he’s my go to guy 10/10

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. Excellent outcome from a nice guy and tradesman.

Jonny is an absolute star. Having found ourselves needing a locksmith in an emergency while on holiday he dealt with everything for us, took time to recommend the best solutions, sending photos and checking before making any decisions and even cleaning up the mess that had been left by others for us! On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.
