Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️

I called Kenny and he came out within the hour of speaking with him. My back door wasn't connecting to the frame properly, therefore it was causing an extreme draught, you could clearly see the gap between the door and frame. Kenny sorted the problem. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Excellent service at a brilliant price.

I had a broken front door stuck in locked position. After a quick search I found Acorn and called Ashley who returned my message within half an hour. After talking through the problem and Ashley assuring me the property was secure due to the lock failing, he described next steps arriving first thing Monday morning. After gaining access he then managed to obtain the required parts, replace them and leave me with a fully working, upgraded lock by lunchtime. Ashley was great to deal with, explained everything and costs very clearly. I was due to go away for a couple of days and managed to rearrange his day to ensure I got sorted. 10/10 great guy, quality work, very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services, whether an emergency or routine work. Fully recommend Acorn Locksmiths; Ash didn't just do the job but resolved a problem. I needed him to open an existing lock and replace as we didn't have the keys anymore. He explained what he would need to do and cracked on without any fuss. He was clear about the pros and cons of the different options and upfront with the costs. The door, when it was opened, had warped/expanded and wouldn't close properly. Ash didn't want to leave us with a lockable door that we couldn't secure. He went the extra mile and planed down the necessary section of the door so we could close everything securely. At least until we get a new door. Thanks so much, really appreciated.

Wow tried to repair the Door Gearbox what a nightmare it fell apart went to the Leabrooks Shop at 16.15 in a panic could not lock the back door. The young lady fitted a new gear box supplied two new Handles. This is what you call excellent 5 star service . all back together door locks Thank you so much

Don’t often post,, but credit where it’s due, had an issue with the French doors and the most helpful chap ever came on the phone and advised someone could come out and repair the door for an incredibly reasonable call-out fee, not only that,, this chap walked me through some possibilities what the issue could be purely by me describing the fault,, I will not hesitate to use this company, a local gem and long may they be in business 10/10 from me

What can I say but absolutely fantastic service. We had an issue with the gear box breaking on our upvc door. We took all the mechanism to the leabrooks store. The lady couldn't have been more helpful. She replaced the old gear box and realined the top locking hook. Excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!
