My BMW x3 was having some issues as a module went faulty but I wasn’t sure which one. So I called JK Car electrics over to come and have a look and he was able to book me in quickly and sort it same day! Highly recommend superb service

Excellent!!! Jacob attended the address, tested the faulty instrument cluster in my mazda 3 called back a week later with replacement he ordered,calibrated and fitted in around 40 minutes with only a modest charge considering what others would have charged. First class this young man is most professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Ignore any negative feedback from anyone. I attended ECU and as warned by others they were unable to resolve or find a replacement!

Martyn did a great job replacing a garage door lock I didn’t have keys for taking time to explain the problem and talk through the fix as well as sorting some other issues with the mechanism and sharing advice all for a good price. Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Alan saved me! My key snapped in a safe. 7 locksmiths looked at my key and said no chance. 2 tried to do it and failed. Alan was recommended to break the lock, told me he thinks he could cut the key and he did. He could’ve easily not done that and come and drilled the lock and charged me multiple figures more than he did by cutting the key! Cannot recommend him enough. He’s clearly a specialist in his field and on top of that, he has integrity and that is hard to come by! I will now only use Alan for any cutting/lock/safe issues going forward

What a refreshing change to have a genuine and honest engineer/locksmith., Alan responded to me late at night and early hours as I was locked out my safe, I needed to my safe before a flight. On Saturday we were unable to lock our front door. Phoned Tom at Top Locks and he turned up just over an hour later and replaced the door lock mechanism. Tom has done work for us before at another address and on both occasions he has turned up when he said he would. Tom is polite, friendly and efficient. I can definitely recommend Top Locks.

Jody came out to us as an emergency in the evening as our door wouldn't budge due to the locking system being broken inside our door. Thankfully he solved our issue very quick and got to the property in quick succession also. Jody is very friendly and sound bloke and a lovely chat on arrival.
