We had issues with our front door lock one evening , we looked at reviews as not had to use a locksmith before. Sam had great reviews so we called him. He arrived within 30 mins , he had to change the barrel. It was 9pm at night and I thought the replacement lock with 3 keys was very reasonable. I was so impressed I passed his number onto friends that were looking for a locksmith

Got in touch after finding them on google they were quick to come and provide a quote for the work and really knowledgeable when explaining what the issue was and how they would fix it. Once fixed they gave me all the reassurances I needed, specifically about what could happen and to get in touch with them if there’s any issues. Fantastic to deal with and will be using them in the future for any of the services they offer.

Fantastic service, arrived within 20 minutes of call out (no call out fee) Explained all costs before starting work, and even thought the job proved more complicated than at first thought didn’t charge any extra. Went the extra mile and explained everything at every stage of the job. New lock looks high quality and feels a lot more sturdy than the one it’s replaced. Sam was polite, courteous and tidy and professional at all times. Would definitely recommend!

I found Sam and his locksmith business through a simple Google search. On the phone he was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He arrived within a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and got on to resolving it, all whilst explaining each step he went through along the way.
