Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

Lifesavers. Had a bit of a crisis with my elderly mum today which involved a stuck lock and a fall. Andrew pulled out the stops to get there while we were waiting for an ambulance and got us sorted out really quickly. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
