First visit to this salon. Absolutely five star treatment by Chris who goes above and beyond to make sure she does your hair just how you want it. Would definitely recommend as a gem of a hairdressers.

I have been seeing Chris for over 15 years and she is the only hairdresser I know who can layer and chip into hair properly. My hair is very fine but she always finds volume with her cut and it stays that way until the next one 4 months later. Her highlights are amazing and excellent value. She seems to know hair inside out. I love this lady! I’ve been to Tony and Guy in the past, paid double and still not a patch on Chris.

I made an appointment to use them as I couldn’t go to my usual hairdresser Tia was brilliant put me at ease straight away very professional. We discussed how I wanted my hair and gave me advice on how she would do it always asking if my hair was ok. Absolutely love my hair Tia thank you so much. Would highly recommend this hairdressers

Went in today for a cut and blow dry. I’m so pleased with the way it turned out my hair feels and looks amazing. Great prices, Friendly staff and very chatty. Will definitely be coming here again :) xx

Amazing hairdressers, you get amazing service, and the hairdressers are lovely and welcoming 💜 It is a bit pricey. HOWEVER, you really get what you pay for, and it's very much worth it.

Always very friendly it's a place you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door.Every hairdresser welcomes you and then your own hairdresser comes over has a chat,and will always ask how or if you want your hair doing the same way and that means alot to me.Also the mean thing I have a nice time as I have trouble with my nerves but as I say I feel relaxed here.There is alot of nice things to look at when you are waiting it is decorated smartly and well thought out.Well done to all the ladies 10/10. Nothing is ever too much to ask and I'm always in love with my hair after every appointment, lovely friendly salon with a great down to earth atmosphere, i have recommended to many of my friends who are now also long term clients. Recently visited Empire of hair for a cut and blow dry and it is honestly the best salon I've been to. Hannah the owner did an amazing job, was very friendly and gave the best advice as to what i wanted. the salon and the atmosphere in it was lovely and I felt very welcome. Love love love Hannah and her salon… Empire is easily the best hair salon in Stoke-on-Trent. I lived in Manchester for 10 years and you get the same treatment as you would there, or any other big city, for a very reasonable price. I also always feel welcome and safe which, as a trans/queer person, is everything. I always come away feeling refreshed/with exactly what I wanted. 10/10 - can’t recommend enough

Cannot recommend Empire of Hair enough! Stunning salon, and Hannah and the girls are amazing! I’ve used them for both my wedding up do and more recently my stunning hair extensions. Both look/looked stunning! The colour match with my extensions is absolutely perfect! Hannah gave me great advice on which extensions to go for and how to maintain!

I go every week and Lisa does a good job with my hair, I also have my nails done about every 3 weeks by Louise and I am always pleased with the outcome. The girls are all very pleasant and accommodating.

Love my new colour,and cut,lovely staff too.

First time big girl cut and blow dry for my 12yr old. I wasn’t able to bring her so she took herself which I was nervous about. Kelly was absolutely amazing in her customer service with me and my daughter had the best experience and loves her new hair. Defo recommend awesome service from start to finish 💎

I generally get quite nervous going to the hairdressers, but Jazmine made me feel instantly at ease while also ensuring I got the perfect cut for my hair. She recommended the best layers and explained how it would suit my hair type. After hairdresser-hopping for a while, i think this will become my go-to place ❤️🥹

I had my hair done with Jazmine today and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jaz listened to my requirements, suggested what she felt was best, resulting in a lovely balayage giving my hair a natural, sun-kissed look! She also explained the types of toner and which one was suited for my desired hair colour - it washed and blow-dried out to be the perfect one, leaving my hair with a beautiful, cool undertone (unlike brassy as a result I have had with other hairdressers). I'll definitely be returning to Jaz for my next hair appointment!

I recently suffered a toxic reaction to hair dye and my hair had been falling out so much which of course has been traumatising. I came here to see if there was anything they could do and I have to say all the girls particularly Morgan have been amazing. I have been really anxious about my hair and Morgan has been so patient and caring she really took her time with me and was very understanding. Thanks you Morgan so much my hair felt better after one treatment.

Molly has made my first visit to Sally Montague's a very enjoyable one. She adapts to your desired style and is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely plan to return back for future hair appointments!

At my last appointment Molly suggested a semi permanent hair colour for my grey hair that was very white at the front and dark at the back. We had been using a toner anyway, I absolutely love what she suggested it has given my hair an even colour it feels and looks amazing. I love the way Molly cuts my hair and her attention to detail, she always consults with want I want, she will make suggestions too. I’m so pleased you came to Littleover.

Molly undertook my extremely difficult journey to blonde from ginger box dye with a massive colour correction and I was so shocked by the difference in just one appointment! She explained everything to me in detail ensuring I was happy every step of the way. She made me feel extremely comfortable and able to express my opinions on what I did or didn’t like about my hair, explained what we would do to correct that and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Lauren is the best hairdresser I’ve had. She always works with you, giving me exactly what I’m looking for every time and keeping expectations real. She has fitted me in as an emergency last minute appointment after another hairdresser had ruined my hair, fixing it and repairing damage as much as was possible. I leave the salon so happy with my hair every time. I only have good things to say about Lauren and her salon x

I had my first appointment with Lauren last week. Firstly, the salon, it's really lovely, with contemporary styling and is spotlessly clean. Lauren made me feel very welcome and at ease. She listened to what I thought I needed and made helpful suggestions. I'm so pleased with the cut that Lauren did, she was absolutely brilliant. She's totally customer focused , calm and reassuring. Her quality of work is excellent . The blow dry lasted really well even in awful weather! I'm so happy with the service here, I can't recommend her highly enough and will be going back again soon. I'm happy to recommend her to friends and family members.

Lauren has been my hairdresser for about 16 years now! she’s fab, makes you feel very welcome and relaxed, always chatty and very professional and brilliant at what she does wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My husband and I have both had appointments at Brampton Beauty Retreat in the last few days. I had a gel polish manicure with Jayde and I love how my nails look. Jayde was so gentle and I was really impressed that no electric tools were used throughout the whole process - a completely different experience to what I’ve been used to in other places, where I’ve been caused actual pain and really not enjoyed it. Today my husband had a neck, back and shoulder massage with Kirsti and he is absolutely floating on air - he loved it and hasn’t stopped talking about it! He is so relaxed from Kirsti’s ‘magic hands’ that he’s had to go and have a bit of a snooze. The salon is spotlessly clean, comfortable and a really relaxing space. And the therapists are so friendly and welcoming. An absolutely fantastic find and we both can’t wait to go again!

What can I say? Delighted to have found this goldmine. Tastefully decorated which is so welcoming. I was greeted by Kirsti, my therapist today. She was so warm and friendly, I was immediately put at ease. I have had a full leg wax many times in the past, but never this thorough. And the after wax cream application was amazing. I really can not recommend this salon highly enough to anyone who values excellent service at favourable prices. I shall be booking more appointments for other treatments in the very near future. Thank you Kirsti for a relaxing experience.

Kirsti is professional, friendly and really did a fantastic job. Her treatment rooms are very clean and the decor sets the tone for a relaxing ambiance. My skin feels so refreshed and looks really radiant after my first facial. She also really tailors each treatment to your needs (for me it was helping clear my skin of a lot of clogged pores and evening out my skin tone). Also had a 30 minute back massage after as she luckily was able to squeeze me in and honestly really pleased with the quality. Again she ensures you are happy with the pressure she puts and is open to adjusting accordingly to your preference. It was probably the best massage I've had because of this so I definitely recommend her services as they are of a high standard and well worth the money !

Had a lovely luxury pedicure here this week. Nice treat for me and my mum, we could have our treatments together at the same time which was nice. Jayde and Camilla were very friendly and both gave us a fantastic pedicure with callus peel. We will definitely be coming back thank you so much our feet feel lovely!
