I had a lovely relaxing morning, the staff were very friendly and professional. The salon was clean, comfortable and warm. Convenient free parking. Would highly recommend.

Booked my daughter in to have her prom make up done. She looked stunning. Everybody here was so kind and supportive when she came out of the room, telling her how beautiful she looked. Special mention to Jo who did the make up and who was so lovely and considerate of how my daughter wanted to look, consulting with her all the way about what she wanted, what colours etc. Very happy customer (and very happy daughter).

Friendly staff, warm treatment room, relaxing music and very happy with the beauty treatment I had. Even thinking of going back and trying something else. Lovely experience. Well worth the visit to treat yourself or even get a gift voucher for someone.

The best! I visit regularly for facials, eyebrow tint and wax and the occasional massage, always love my treatments, the ladies are so knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you have a lovely relaxing treatment! Heated beds are amazing!!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

I had my colour done with Leah Which turned out amazing thank you very much. I will be back as usual!! The salon is beautiful and clean and all staff very friendly! I also had an eyebrow wax and tint and for someone very fussy I was very pleased with the result! Thank you very much 😊

I would just like to say being able to have everything done under one roof is a blessing from the hairdressers to the beauticians. This place is a five star all rounder you can have waxing, massage, lashes, makeup ,nails, eyebrows, hair and much more to offer all all under one roof. I’ve been very happy with all of my services from this business and the staff are very welcoming and take care of your every need.

Went here to have my old weave removed, highlights done and new weave fitted and I’m beyond thrilled with how it turned out, my hairs never looked this incredible out of all the hairdressers I've been to and I've never been half as happy with the finished results as I have been at Henry Wills. Carmel did such a professional, thorough, fantastic job of it and was such a kind, lovely, outgoing lady which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be returning and recommending to all as they’re brilliant and well worth the price you pay, thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job on my hair! :)

Having looked around for somewhere in the area, I came across this Cropper Hair Design (liked the reviews) & managed to get in on a cancellation. So glad I did, after a home trim I really needed a restyle. I was not disappointed, fab cut & blow-dry, warm atmosphere & reasonably priced. I shall definitely visiting again....top marks

The treatments I booked were a Mother's Day treat for myself and my mum. Mulberry worked hard to fit us in for the times we could be there, which was so appreciated and really added to our relaxed day. The salon was so calming and all the staff so attentive and amenable. We were there for around 2 hours and felt so welcomed. The treatments were so relaxing and expertly done - we will be booking again soon and would highly recommend to others. I was really impressed when visiting Mulberry Beauty for the first time. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. It didn't feel clinical in anyway. Becky gave me a brilliant back, shoulder and neck massage. It was the best massage I'd had for sometime. She asked for my preferences on the firmness of the massage which was really refreshing. Fantastic salon with lovely decor and atmosphere. The stylists are all experienced, knowledgeable, and totally customer focused. Their skill in understanding the clients' needs means you walk out having had a wonderful experience and looking and feeling a million dollars! They stock and use 'Kevin Murphy' products in a range to suit all hair types. I highly recommend the salon!

The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions to achieve the best result. My cut and color turned out even better than I imagined! Absolutely amazing hairdressers for the grey transformation! Vanessa and Sharna at 1717 are the only hairdressers who have confidently lifted my hair from red to grey. I have visited many hairdressers who have been unable to do this for me given I have been dying my hair for over 20 years! Really pleased - great staff with a great atmosphere. I had a balayage for the first time, I wanted something more natural and lived in. Jess had a really thorough consultation with me and explained all the ins and outs which was so refreshing! I was so excited when I heard Alma was opening in Matlock, I had to book in as soon as it did! The booking process was so easy, all done online & confirmation given at the end. Upon visiting Alma, I was seated at the plush sofas and given a form to fill in. Once I'd done this, I was seated at one of the nail counters. I had my nails done with bio gel by Louise. She was so lovely, really friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. I opted for gold nails (a bit of sparkle for Christmas) and the treatment was lovely! I also had biogel toes so Louise asked me to take a seat by one of the foot spa basins. This was also lovely and I opted for navy blue which looked lush! I was also offered a drink which came with a gingerbread cookie. The salon itself is absolutely stunning - light and airy and very spa like! It's modern and classy and it's been renovated to an incredibly high standard! Prices at Alba are also super competitive! I'll definitely be visiting again and might have to book a massage soon! Thanks so much for such a lovely first visit to Alba, I'll be raving about you to all my friends and family! x
