Absolutely amazing hairdressers for the grey transformation! Vanessa and Sharna at 1717 are the only hairdressers who have confidently lifted my hair from red to grey. I have visited many hairdressers who have been unable to do this for me given I have been dying my hair for over 20 years! Really pleased - great staff with a great atmosphere. Many thanks for all your efforts throughout the day and for the amazing end result.

I had an amazing experience at 17:17 Hair Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions to achieve the best result. My cut and color turned out even better than I imagined! The entire process was so professional, and I felt completely taken care of. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend 17:17 Hair Salon and will definitely be returning!

Had my hair cut today by vanessa for donation, all the staff were absolutely amazing. It was reasonably priced for what I had. Would recommend to anyone in derby. Best experience I have in a salon. The transformation was amazing.

Becky is very accommodating and organised when booking appointments. The salon very clean and beautiful, it’s definitely my happy place.

Staff were very professional, but also super friendly and easy to talk to. The whole process was wonderful, I had my hair dyed here and paid a great price for it. My mother had recommended this salon to me over other places she'd been to, and I can see why! I'd also recommend this lovely place to anyone that's reading.

My first visit to this salon today for a curly cut and colour with Elysia. What a gorgeous and incredibly friendly salon. Everyone was so lovely and clearly work together as an amazing team. Felt totally comfortable from start to finish. Elysia did an amazing job, advising on colour and gave lots of hair care tips, listening to my needs and taking care to achieve great results. I had a free hair consultation last week with Natalie . I’ve had several bad experiences with hairdressers in the past , and Natalie understood everything I said , she went through the whole process with me and gave me all my options and information . When I came back a few days ago for my actual hair appointment , the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble , lovely friendly atmosphere. For the first time in many years I left a salon with exactly what I had asked for . Ive found my new hairdresser and I honestly cannot recommend Natalie or the salon enough . 5* service , staff and outcome , Thankyou !!!

So happy with my first visit here. I was just passing by and popped in to enquire about a full head colour/ colours. I met the owner first, who dropped everything to welcome me and had a full consultation including skin and hair test. I was booked in with Cami, who specialises in what I was asking for. I was looked after really well on the day, all the staff were very friendly and offered tea! Cami was professional, knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic... couldn't ask for more. Not only was Cami friendly and funny, but I was kept in the loop as to what was being done throughout the process. The results are fantastic and I recommend this place to anyone 💗 Thank you!

Had my hair and nails done for my prom a couple weeks ago. Shown a picture of what nails I want and got the exact same nails I wanted( past experiences haven't done the exact design). Absolutely love my nails especially because they matched my dress. And also got my hair done with 2 half braids and curls and it was the perfect image of what I wanted. Would defo recommend this place to anyone.

I go regularly, and enjoy the experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave looking better than I arrived! Great blow-dry. Love it.

I love the team at Blues. They're so welcoming, kind and caring, as well as great hairdressers with great intuition for style and a great product range. I've always left with a big grin on my face and a spring in my step but, since having a baby, I've realised how much I value their service. Mark and the team can't do enough to help, from providing a private, comfy room for me to feed the little one, to passing him around while I enjoy some much-needed me-time. The services and prices are really competitive, too. Can't recommend Blues highly enough!

Excellent experience! Mark was fantastic, he delivered exactly what I needed and I love my hair! The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. Reasonably priced and I love the fact that they care and use vegan products! My only regret is not finding them sooner 😁

So friendly and I was so lucky to walk in and get squeezed in that day. Hair cut exactly as I wanted - which is unusual. I often have to grow into liking a hair cut. The picture of the shop with blue is of the butcher not the smart newly refurbished hair dresser which is the cream painted shop! Lol

I had a colour correction done by the lovely Yasmine. She is knowledgeable and goes through everything with you. I absolutely love my hair! A friendly salon where you feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend and have already booked in again x

I went to Erika’s Beauty for my eyebrows and am really happy with the process and result! Erika was fantastic! She was so welcoming and very informative in how she explained the process for getting my eyebrows done with micropigmentation. Erika is very professional and an expert in her craft, and I highly recommend her! I’m looking forwarding to going back for the touch up and to see final results but am 100% confident in them already. Plus her salon is such a great place to be and the staff there are so lovely!

Highly recommend HB Beauty! They have just opened an amazing new salon which is gorgeous! I’ve been having my Nails done there for over 3 years, always to best for nail art. I also always book in for any make up occasion Hannah did my make up when I was a bridesmaid, I’ve also booked Hannah for multiple special occasions including my 30th birthday party. Wouldn’t use anyone else for make up. The air brush base is amazing! Also perfect for sparkly glam too.

Recently had a lash lift & tint with Emma for my 30th, my lashes are quite short but the results were amazing, it’s made such a difference! I Also had a full set of nails which I had lots of compliments on!❤️ very happy customer, would 100% recommend xxx

I had a lash lift and tint and a gel manicure. It was brilliant and I felt extremely pampered. I felt taken care of and was really happy with the outcome. It was a relaxed environment and very clean and had a consultation form carried out. It was all very professional.
