Recently started using Fiona and have followed her into this new venture! I went to the new salon once prior to lockdown, and all appropriate safety measures were in place. I have very wacky hair colours and Fiona is never afraid to attempt what suggestion I have next! Even though it’s a time consuming process she always remains so calm, and her time management is amazing! I would not have the patience to do it myself! Amazing quality, amazing prices! Always willing to help with any questions and advice on what would look best. Already booked in for my next appointment, can’t wait to see what you’ve done with the place 😍😍

I have a mad head of hair, curly and a little unkempt when it gets long. Not many places can do a decent job of it. The Haven fitted me in at short notice, because I had a date I wanted to look good for. Fi did an amazing job, real eye for detail and clearly cares that the cut was good and I was leaving feeling confident. Really recommend it, dead homely and seemingly is trying to use natural and sustainable products which is always good.

Fiona is like the queen of hair…. Everytime I go in I show her a completely different style and she always does it exactly how I want it! You leave feeling amazing! Small salon dedicated working! I would recommend to everyone! 5*

I can genuinely recommend The Haven Salon... Prior to my first visit, I was lucky if I had my hair attended to on a yearly basis (I know), but thanks to Fiona's talents and helpfulness I'm now a regular Salon visitor! A very friendly, professional environment and always a friendly chat to be had!

I have been coming to Gemma and the team since the salon opened over a year ago. All the girls are so lovely, friendly and professional. There is just a beautiful vibe in there and you feel so welcome. They've became more than just somewhere I get my nails done, they've become so much more and I wish nothing but success for Gemma and all the team. Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. Such a beautiful salon with such a lovely atmosphere. All the girls are fabulous.

You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!

My first visit to this salon today for a curly cut and colour with Elysia. What a gorgeous and incredibly friendly salon. Everyone was so lovely and clearly work together as an amazing team. My 11 year old daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure today. We found the salon to be very welcoming in a really spacious and relaxing environment. The overall atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The treatments were spot on and extremely competitively priced compared to other local salons. We will definitely be back girls and would wholeheartedly recommend this salon; you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful salon which has been established for some years. I bought a gift voucher for a friend and it was beautifully wrapped when I arrived to collect it. There is car parking, and if you ring ahead the owner gives excellent instructions on how to get there, as the postcode took me somewhere else. My friend has just messaged to say she has had the best facial and hot stone massage EVER so very pleased.
