James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

From start to finish of a full re-roof and solar installation, JAL roofing and JAL solar have been perfect. Their head of solar explained all the benefits, giving us a full walk through of all the options and giving great advice and was really professional laying out all the facts with no pushy salesman techniques like a lot of solar companies out there! The team JAL sent were a great bunch of guys and really friendly and were more than happy to have me up on the roof showing me what they were doing and how it all works!
