The team did a brilliant job fixing the issue I was having with my roof. They sorted the problem quickly and were friendly and professional throughout. I’m really pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Ark Roofing.

Simon was recommended by my sister and husband. I had a problem with the ridge tiles, he came along quoted me a price and a week later the ridge tiles were replaced by an excellent team, also solved a further issue for me. I would definitely use Ark Roofers again.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now. James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

Had a length of leaky guttering repaired. James was efficient, polite and did a great job. Gutter works great now.

Just had my ridge tiles replaced by Atlas Property Improvements. The lads who did the work were amazing, polite, cleaned up after themselves and finished in record time. They were such great workers and did such a great job 2 of my neighbours have already booked them to undertake work on their properties. . Just moved into my lovely new home, In Branston Leas, built by St Modwen, Already B rated for economy, but to go higher, Needed to install solar PV, a battery and diverter, In came JAL Roofing, as recommended by Marley, NFRC accredited and fully certified, A local company fitting superior products integrally, These panels replace the tiles and have a sleeker effect, No need to clean them each year to remove the pigeon nests, All installed in less than a week, Most of it while I was away on a break, All plugged in now, and generating power, Forgot to mention the battery on special offer, So I can charge my battery, car, or run the immersion on solar, That last thing means in the summer, free hot water, So, top marks to Sam and the gang for their outstanding work, If you’re looking for solar, no need to look further!

Apart from destroying my Christmas lights when replacing the roof and promising to replace/ refund the money, which I am still waiting on, the actual roof has been completed to a high standard. Labourers had the usual trade banter, and swearing on site which was sometimes in front of minors other than this they have completed the task to a good quality standard and we're generally friendly if supplied with copious amounts of tea and coffee!

We had been looking for solar panels for a while and decided to get a quote from Octopus but also asked a neighbour about their installation from JAL. We were very impressed by the level of service and the quality of the whole experience from JAL. We had several quotes from Sam Tebbs (Head of Solar) and we were not rushed to make a decision. Sam came to the house to answer our questions and complete a more accurate survey. Very impressed with what we finally decided on and I would highly recommend JAL if you are looking at solar and battery installation.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.
